"Little People Big Book about Bedtime" was a very simple read that children who are just learning how to read, or are being read to would enjoy (4-6 years). This book is all about bedtime and has colorful illustrations throughout the book. The wording is very simple, but it makes it easily enjoyable for young children who do not have a large vocabulary yet. Children can easily relate to this book as well because they all have a bedtime.

One of my favorite books as a child. I read and reread this book countless times. When I was a bit older, I read the stories to my brother at his bedtime. This book holds both great stories and great memories for me.

The poemes in this text are fairly long. I chose a poem from here for my phonics lesson model. It wored out great for "ing". There are really nice pictures to go along with the poems.
