Some pseudoscience, a lot of guilt trips. There were a few useful things, so worth skimming.

i've been using this as another quick-reference guide during my pregnancy. the reason it only got a three is because some of the items are too far over the top. as with a number of books today - everything is dangerous. so it's informative, but don't take everything work-for-word - remember to confirm some of the items that may seem less reasonable with your doctor.

the illustrations and information has been very helpful. the amount of detail per stage of pregnancy is also perfect.
