This book is a great introduction to various areas of mental health. I really liked the way it was set out, and found that it was written in an easy to understand way.
Some of the arguments made opened my mind to new ways of thinking and introduced me to issues I hadn’t considered before.

The book provides a basic overview of important concepts in mental health. The chapters are kept short and very informative. The language is simple and easily understandable.
It is a great book for anyone, who wants to learn more about the mental health.
The book describes most common disorders, available services and treatments and critical points.
