Incredibly silly rhyming text tells the fun story of Mabel getting out of eating her veggies, but I won't be using it at story time because heaven forbid I have a kid follow Mabel's example and put food in her ears.

My little girl, 22 months, LOVES this books. And ask for it by name. 'pea-n-ewey'. It is a really cute story. I love to it rimes and is really silly. The mom says one thing the little girl hears it as something really silly and then acts accordingly. LOL.

A fun read. Both my kids liked it, especially since neither of them like vegetables. It's a story about what happens to Mabel when she hides peas in her ears instead of eating them.
