Learn all about why James Dobson is committed to "turning hearts towards home." Dobson personally influenced me to get involved in holding my representatives accountable, introducing me in the early 1990s to Michael Farris, Tony Perkins, Gary Bauer, Cal Thomas, and Family Research Council.
I also gleaned a host of spiritual encouragement in my daily life, preparing me to become a mom. Learning Dobson's life story helped me to better understand our own role in the Christian faith.

Fabulous and so inspiring. The newer bio on him FAMILY MAN is excellent but this gives other earlier stories as well. Encourages me as parent and Christian for today - even though written in 1989.

A fine biography of a man whom God has used greatly in this generation. Some heart warming stories and emotional issues and situations throughout. The heart of Dr. Dobson comes through.

Although I thought Dr. Dobson has some good advice, I really don't take him seriously. I read his book the Strong willed child and couldn't really relate to him.
