Love the herbal recipes and remedies in this book for everything from home to beauty to health.

Not helpful, current, or informative. I bought this at an apothecary hoping they'd reviewed the books before selling them, can't possibly be the case. This is almost 30 years old but does not have the timelessness herbalism should have. For example, it references keeping a potted plant on top of the tv to purify radiation from the tv. Strong persons opinions of the author throughout that are dated and not science-based, including personal anecdotes passed as remedy. I don't even want to donate this book and keep it in circulation but need it out of my house.
