It’s a let down from book 1.
The fmc is one dimensional and there isn’t any growth on her. Also hated that she was “too special” and by that I mean think of any power or ability and she has it. Air element? Yep - earth element? Yep - fire element? Yep - water element? Obviously yes. Does she turn into a dragon? Yep. Does she have visions of the future? Also yes. Can she read minds ? Yep.
It became ridiculous to be honest.

The relationships got fixed way too quickly after the guys pushing her away. The transition between not being sure to love her was too instant which tells me it was lazy writing.

I was honestly just bored.

1.5 stars bc I’m feeling generous.

She develops even more abilities/powers/gifts etc. She is turning into a Mary Sue.

The author has created the sci-fi equivalent of the quantum flux. Some made up thing that allows the characters to do absolutely impossible things-I mean things that don't even seem realistic or logical. The author has created several 'quantum fluxes' that allow the characters to abracadabra their way out of anything. The h has the sight so anytime something is happening the author can just create a vision to give the h directions on what to do. If that isn't enough the h has her memoria necklace that gives her knowledge or memories from her past- which of course is exactly what she needs exactly when she needs it. But wait there's even more, if the previous 2 things don't work, she can just learn a spell to make something happen.

Which leads to...the amount of abuse that we the readers learn about in book 1 and 2. The abuse is so extreme...I mean so extreme that it boggles the mind that someone could have survived it. By survived, I really mean didn't die, let alone have any sort of sanity. Yet she did and not only did she survive but came out the other side with a high EQ, she's sweet, understanding, intuitive. I don't buy it, rather I don't find that believable. Well, the author figured out the work around to this problem. The h was taught a spell that basically stops a panic attack/flashbacks from happening. Badda Bing. So, the author can keep piling on the truly atrocious heinous violent things the h will go/have gone through because it doesn't need to affect the h since she has the spell. She doesn't have to work through her trauma she can 'spell' it away.

Okay every author needs some plot devices, but there are too many.

A lot of growling… but not the sexy kind. Lots of learning? 2 action scenes in the entire book. But one being the giant cliffhanger that had me instantly picking up book 3.

Well...

The story felt like it was losing its momentum. They were a lot of useless and too dramatic monologue. The guys kept rambling about how much Willow, the FMC, is beautiful, amazing, how much they loved her...🙄 OK, WE KNOW! No need to repeat it every 10 pages! It was annoying. I was bored reading this book at some point... Lets just hope that the next one will be better...

This book is long, but excellent! There is so much going on, both with character growth and the plot. There's action, a bit of mystery, some romance... everything you could possibly want in a book is here!

Willow is coming into even more powers that no one could have expected. She's easily becoming one of the most powerful beings in any of the realms, but they have to keep that as secretive as possible. There's traitors in their midst, someone passing any and all info about them to the Mastery. It's clear Elementra has plans for Willow, and they aren't all going to be what she or her Nexus would hope for.

I have hardly been able to put this series down since starting it, and despite the very late hour that it is, I'm going to dive into book #3!

I absolutely recommend this series to any fantasy fan!

"Little wanderer" makes me want to punt a small child. It was cute at first, but it's really starting to frustrate me. I have no clue why.

I love the whole tortured hero/heroine thing. The ptsd symptoms are pretty well done, too. Willa Rae is also really great at world-building, and the level at which she does so reminds me of Marie Mistry's reverse harem series. I really like that they tend to be very story-driven instead of character-driven driven like a lot of reverse harems tend to be.
There was just something about this one that didn't work for me. I'm unsure if it was a me problem or something about the book that I just couldn't get into. I do tend to dislike seer magic unless there are some parameters for control. I found the fact that Tillman is a mind reader to be really conflicting with the whole needing to keep things secret aspect. Maybe it's just me, but when I'm stressed or worried about something, the intrusive thoughts crank it up to obsessive. It would constantly stream under my normal thoughts. That could be abnormal though. Maybe I'm being too critical.
I did enjoy this one and after that ending, I am going to be reading the next one now. ....Even though I promised myself I'd clear out my currently reading list. Pre-oops.

What the absolute fu*k was that?!

🫣 Please excuse my language. The book had a slow start, even a bit past the halfway point, and it ended with an unexpected and upsetting cliffhanger! At least I can immediately dive into the next book, but I’m afraid of getting to the fourth book since the fifth book isn’t out yet. With all the action happening in the book, I’m just… oh my gosh, I’m so nervous! On the positive side, the book series is really awesome in terms of world-building, it’s interesting, and it’s an amazing romance fantasy read. I love Willow’s relationship with her men. Caspian is pulling on my heartstrings, Draken is so adorable, Corentin is very serious but very loving in his own way, and Tillman is strong, kind, and most of all they are all super protective and love Willow very much! I’m so ready for the rest of this book series, and I can’t wait for more!

This is action-packed. I actually enjoy how she learns things and somehow this feels like a series where there are a lot of episodes leading to the action. Honestly these new gifts are beginning to be extremely confusing. But for some reason I still kind of interested in what’s next.

A little long, but worth it

I enjoyed the challenge of this book; so many novels in this genre are quick reads. I read for a living, and this one took longer than usual for me. The story unfolded beautifully. I don't know how I'll manage to patiently wait for the next one!

Captivating series

This series has definitely got me in its grip. I've stayed up multiple nights in a row, past my bed time just to learn more. The plot, the characters, the relationships...everything is intriguing and keeps my attention locked in. Book three is going to feel like a long wait!

Disclaimer: I’m going to review it without spoilers at the top, then create a line and anything below that line will be spoilers. Do with that what you will.

This book has me really on the fence. There’s some details of the book that I absolutely loved and others that made me want to pull my hair out, which has me unsure how much I’m loving this book/series. Many commonalities in fantasy/romantasy books that irk me are present in this book but also there’s some great world building and unique traits in this series too.

It’s getting the rating it is because I love some of the unique details, but candidly once this series is finished, I’ll never pick up this series ever again. The details are great, the characters overall kinda are…meh.

What I liked:
- Everything around elements and gifts is top tier in this series. Different shifters, unique powers, expanded understanding of more common powers, etc.
- I love an underdog/wounded little soul, so Caspian has my heart. And I loved seeing his development in this book. Him and Draken I loved, when candidly Corentin and Tillman need more time and development in my eyes.
- I said it about the first book but I love the idea of found family and seeing everyone (not just the FMC) grow and develop into their best selves is great.
- When Willow is spunky, I loooove her. Oakley is commonly opinionated and vocal and I’d rather her be the FMC tbh because she takes no shit.
- There’s some great comedic writing in this series that had me laughing several times.

What I didn’t like:
- I hate authors making FMCs more “palatable” as a series progresses. Willow does what’s needed and has some sassy comments, but she’s just getting weaker and more subservient and doing things to not upset her men with their fucked up stuff and it just shows she’s chipping away at herself. It’s so dull. People are complex being and you can be in love, stand on your own two feet, and also be submissive at times. But I just feel like it comes of inauthentic and shows a personality shift just to make her in “love”.
- The FMC coddling. She’s a powerful bitch, give her the respect that she deserves. There’s a difference between being protective and having her have all these powers and sitting on the sidelines until a very serious moment where they’d still try and prevent her.
- These characters are throwing the L word around, but really there’s not that much development in getting to know the men. More of it is talked about vs experiencing scenes where they’re chatting, getting to know one another, etc. When they have individual scenes, it’s to fuck and that’s about it it seems. Very exhausting and unrealistic.
- Some stuff just seems a little too rushed. Build out these scenes more.
- These books are long and chapters are LONG, and sometimes it gets to be exhausting. Especially when they go back when the prior chapter started to showcase another person’s POV.

SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT
————————————————————

What I liked:
- Caspian taking her nightmares each night is so stinking adorable. He just can’t help but be pulled in by her.
- Willow being able to change her size of her dragon was super cool!
- The gift of sight isn’t unique but the portrayal of it in this book was interesting. Past and future sight, dream jumping, understanding intentions, and understanding what’s hidden truly is SIGHT.
- Willow & Caspian’s first kiss was so sweet and delicate and hesitant. I loved it and it’s everything I needed.
- I like how we don’t find out about some of her visions so that the readers are surprised. Just mention she’s having one and her reactions to it.
- Layton being a chameleon shifter was cool! Unique shifters are badass and how he’s a desired strength/ass even being a little guy.
- Caspian, Caspian, Caspian. Everything him. Him saying that he’ll blacken the world for her…swoon. Him fighting himself but wanting to give her everything. Him hugging Draken when he’s losing his shift. He’s just such a sweet guy in a “rough” exterior to the world. Can’t wait to find out more about him!
- Exposure to the royalty and how the high families are involved was exciting. I knew Gima was gonna be a villain and can’t wait to see it come to fruition.
- Willow getting territorial over the secretary was everything I needed. Willow territorial in general is just an absolute vibe.
- Willow sacrificing herself and her men’s reactions were intense for the alpha trials. I also love Aria and want to see more of her. I kinda wanted her to have another “sister” too with the same bond as Oakley. Bummed that didn’t happen but oh well.
- Willow getting all her bonds’ powers is such an interesting take and I love it.

Favorite quotes:
- “Good shit, it worked.” I say excitedly. The smile fades from his face as he looks at me in shock. “Wait, you didn’t even know if that was going to work?” // This was hilarious and I love her just saying good shit.
- If this is his brand of worshipping, I’ll gladly be his offering. // LOVE when a guy just wants to pleasure a woman and worship her. And it’s always him saying this so her recognizing this was fantastically done.

What I didn’t like:
- 12% in and Draken is already saying he loves her. But they really don’t know each other. Also, instantly jumping to sex after they just held back info from her, no real discussion or dabbling to test the water. Just seems unrealistic especially with her being repeatedly raped in the past. This SA for a plot twist/trauma while not giving it the respect it deserves is exhausting and I hate when authors do it.
- I reallllllly want Corentin to give up his control and have her do a dominant moment. But she gives into him over and over again and it’s exhausting. You have 4 dudes in this…one of them can be on the subbier side!
- Why is Willow put on the sidelines all the time!? This whole “she’s super powerful but rarely is allowed to do shit” trope that authors love to do is so stupid. She shouldn’t even need to be “allowed”. Go fuck shit up babe and tell your men to fuck off if they don’t follow!
- Corentin and Tillman are just there. Haven’t learned anything about them really. Towards the end, Tillman actually showcases some sweetness to him. But he’s clocked this romantic and other than him whipping up some material things, I haven’t seen much to be romantic. His sex scene was good and romantic though. Corentin just is always controlling things and Willow doesn’t even prod much anymore. She’s just been weak and pathetic and allows it. I’d love him being controlling if she was constantly pushing back and revoking his control and stuff.

Pretty good

I expected the ending when it was announced that guy broke the gem that shows their gps position. As much as I expected though, I truly wished it wouldn’t come to that. It’s one parting shot that gets the readers to be eager to read the next book. Clever but heart wrenching. I despise stories that lead to a character being taken and reading about their torture. Also the heart break and confusion of their loved ones. Not something I can relate to but it’s always a fear that it could happen. I mean not with the paranormal stuff but real life situations.
I did enjoy get getting to know the guys. Seems this was Tillmans book, Draken was first, I imagine Corentin will be next, and Caspian last. I really hope that this type of kidnapping doesn’t last a whole book. I am looking forward to when the guys find her and she can go home to them.

Disappointing

I like the characters, the magic system, and the basic plot, BUT… holy moly, this book (#2) was way too dragged out! I felt like I was reading a bunch of filler material. Soooo much useless and repetitive flirtation and internal dialogue about how they feel about each other. Okay, we get it…. the guys are hot and they think she’s a goddess, and they all give each other heated looks a million times a day. Ugh

There was just way too much redundancy and very little substance or relevant info that propelled the story forward. Unless you consider convenient info dumps to be substance. And omg, I lost count how many times the fmc and her men apologize to each other because they feel guilty over something stupid.

I feel like books 1 and 2 should have been edited down into one book. Not sure if I’ll read the 3rd.

I absolutely love this series!! I didn’t think I could be on board with a RH romantasy but here I am loving it! RH stands for reverse harem, for those who don’t know. The female has 4 male love interests. It would be MMFMM. It’s yummy is what it is! Not only does she do an excellent job developing characters, she also does a great job of continuing to develop the world building and a killer plot. Bravo!!

The 4 men are part of a completed Nexus and they are Tillman(earth bender), Caspian (water bender), Corentin (air bender) and Draken (fire bender). You learn that a completed Nexus must have one of each elemental power plus a true primary to bring them all together. Willow is the true primary to the Vito nexus (that’s what the collective group is called). At the end of the first book you learn that she’s their true primary but they hid it from her. In this book, all of the men are trying to make up for the fact that they hid the fact they knew she was their true primary, for various reasons.

The characters all have issues and past trauma they are dealing with and Willow helps them through all of that. To completely seal the bond, they must have sex. She is drawn towards Draken the most since he was the first to accept and love her so they have sex first and it’s so touching. The author does such a good job drawing them closer together and sealing their bonds! I just love this part of the story. Willow also bonds (has sex) with Tillman in this book. It’s one of my fav scenes! He takes her to their tree house retreat and it’s such a magical scene. You have to read it to find out all the details!! Willow also starts to melt the heart of Corentin and Caspian, even though they don’t have sex in this book, they do touch her more and begin to let her in. It’s so warming and leaves you wanting to find out how she finally breaks those 2 down to complete their bonds.

In the first of this book, Willow (the FMC) begins to learn more about herself and memories that are trapped within a memoria stone. The first of the book has you learning more about “the rebel group” that the men know about. Then you realize the “husband” that abused her and the man she must call her father are part of a cult-ish group called the mastery. The Rebel group and the mastery are one and the same.

Willow begins to learn she has the sight and her first vision has her telling some new character (Lyker) that he should enter into a contest to become the new alpha of the pack. As the plot progresses, the group actually goes to watch the competitor win the tournament and become the new Alpha. But, you also must witness how her gift of sight brings her near to her own death. As her visions show her, she must jump in front of the poisoned dagger to save Lyker and one of the main male leads, Tillman. Thankfully, she already saw it happening in her visions and she had the cure to the poison contained in her pocket realm. With her BFF’s help (Oakley) she is able to get the antidote and they save Willow’s life.

Next, you find out that she’s been dream walking into someone’s dreams and they find a woman that’s been trapped in a cave (Aria) and she has a rare gift that is helpful in removing and/or blocking the runes that the mastery members try placing on their members minds. As they come back from the cave from rescuing Aria, they are tasked with unveiling the mastery members that have been hiding within the wolf pack. They are able to determine who are loyal to the rebels and they take some of them prisoner. As they begin to learn more about the mastery members, the more the plot evolves into determining how long the mastery has been controlling and trying to wreak havoc on the realm of Elementra.

You learn more about Gaster (her bonded grandpa) and how she is also bonded to Oakley (her bonded best friend) and I just love both of these characters! Willow’s whole life has been full of trauma and abuse and it’s hard to watch and remember sometimes but the relationships she’s building with all of her bonded people help pull her out of those horrors. The author does such a good job of giving her soul what it needs to thrive and the bonded relationships are such a huge part of that. You’ll have to read more to find out just how they change her!

The ending of the book she is captured by the mastery and you know her men are going to stop at nothing to get her back! Willow is so eager to sacrifice herself for others, it’s a bit infuriating but that’s just who she is.

I highly recommend this series! This is book 2 of 5 that will complete the series. Book 1-3 are already released and book 4 comes out Dec 16, 2024 with the 5th and final book set to be released in April 2025. I cannot wait to see what Willa (the author) has in store for Willow and her Nexus!!! I’ll be watching and waiting for the next books. Let’s do this!🙌♥️

DNF @ 75% (so you know I REALLY tried. I gave it my all, but I just could not slog through it anymore)

I wasn't expecting to love book 2, but I was expecting some sort of improvement from book 1. I felt generous rating the first 3 stars, considering it was a debut. And I thought it was a relatively fun read despite being riddled with grammatical errors (normally, I don't criticize bad grammar too harshly, especially on self-published works. but this is just really bad) and, frankly, the stupidest, most unrealistic magic system I have ever come across.

We're promised a fmc who grows into her power and transforms into a confident, badass heroine. Instead, what we get is Willow. I'll give credit where credit is due, she's a survivor and deserves high praise for being fairly well-adjusted as a 26 year old victim of abuse. But it's still ridiculous how overpowered she is, by book 2, with zero effort. Every issue she runs into is magically solved with a hyperspecific spell that her guardian/mentor seemingly pulls out of his ass (truly a fountain of knowledge), always conveniently the exact spell she needs for her very unique problems. She's also on track to possess, and master, every element and gift known to man, which would be cool to see. But she's not just overpowered, she's also just a natural with her magic and has absolute control over her gifts. No effort is necessary for Willow, incredible! (read sarcasm)

Powering through the laundry list of other problems I have with this series: the romance is dull, there are too many characters and the author doesn't know what to do with them so the characters have no depth (there's potential but it keeps falling flat), the world building is a massive info dump that just won't end and makes very little sense, the conflict is written like the author was coming up with ideas on the spot and isn't sure what the overall plot is going to be, the story is both too long and also needs to be fleshed out (quality over quantity, please), and again the grammar is just... bad.

Frankly, I'm bored. And I'm irritated that I wasted my time hoping it would get better.

I knew I was right when I said this series would become one of my favorites — and if it keeps going like this, it definitely will be. This book is long, and that’s exactly why I loved it. Everything unfolds in its own time, with care and depth, never rushed or shallow, which really shows how much thought went into building this world. The characters are all amazing (yes, even the enemies I’d happily get rid of). I love Willow — she’s fantastic: vulnerable yet strong, sweet yet sassy. The guys are each complicated in their own way, and with some more than others, Willow develops genuinely meaningful relationships. I can’t wait to read the next book and uncover more secrets — especially from those who still haven’t fully opened up.

Writing/Plot: The writing remains intense and atmospheric, perfectly matching the story’s darker tones. The pacing is tight—there’s no downtime, and the plot keeps building with new layers of secrets and danger. This book deepens the narrative, focusing on internal conflict, ancient magic, old enemies, hidden truths, and high-stakes action.
Characters: Willow continues to grow — stronger, but also more conflicted. She’s no longer just reacting; she’s making choices, even when they hurt. Draken, Corentin, Tillman and Caspian are more developed. We learn what drives them, what they fear, and why Elementra chose them. Their flaws and strengths are revealed now, making their interactions more real and raw.
Relationships: The relationships deepen significantly. Accepting their bonds with her isn’t instantaneous or easy; it’s a process rooted in fear, longing, and the slow unraveling of personal defenses that each member of the Vito Nexus has kept hidden. Willow’s connection with each of them shifts from tentative to transformative, shaped by moments of vulnerability, hard-earned trust, and choices that carry real consequences.
Worldbuilding: Elementra’s world expands significantly — new layers of history, magic, and prophecy come to light. The magic system is explored in more depth, revealing intricacies that make it feel grounded. The setting is mythic and ancient, charged with mystery with a lingering sense that many truths still lie buried beneath the surface.

2.5 stars (because even after how much I disliked 80% of the book, I’m still going to read the next one after that cliffhanger).

This series has a lot of potential. It has so many of the highly popular tropes and has set itself in a fantasy setting that can continue to be built out.

Unfortunately, I think this was 200 - 300 pages too long. We are inundated with long, tedious details about all of Willow’s lessons and every single magical ability (of which she masters all of them on the first try, of course). I didn’t even mind the fact that new powers and abilities were popping up like daisies, but I got bored with the amount of time we read about her practicing them or all the theory.

Then there are her mates/bonds. 50- 60% of this book is Willow whining whenever she spends more than 5 minutes away from one of them. And then they keep talking over and over about how much stronger they’ll all be and how much more stable the bond will be once they all “bond” with her…but it doesn’t happen! She’s having sex with 2 of them and we have to continually read about how jealous the other 2 are, but she never gives them a turn? WHYYYYYY!? It makes no sense to me.

And lastly: the overuse of her nicknames. I don’t know any relationship where someone exclusively uses their partner’s nickname instead of the real name. Every time Draken talks about his “little wanderer” I want to 🤮.

That all being said: I was 100% committed to stopping the series after this book, until I got to that cliffhanger. Sigh. So there’s that 🤷🏼‍♀️

She has gone and done it again, blowing our minds with her amazing story telling. I thought book 1 'gift from the tree' was good, book 2 is even better.

In this book we watch Willow and her boys grow stringer together, the growth between them all is just so damn powerful and beautiful.

Slowly more pieces slot into place as we get to learn more about her role in this breath taking story. Willow has really flourised in this book, despite the fear and pressure she now has on her shoulders she his so brave and stronger than she knows.

Some of the scenes in this book ripped my heart to pieces, but made up for it with the most mind blowing steamy scenes ever. But again we are left with my questions and the most frustrating cliff hanger ever.

I can't wait to dive into book 3 already.

Amazing work Willa, you do know how to capture our hearts and keep it tethered to these amazing well thought out characters. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy such a powerful story and be a part of your beautiful mind. Your world is trully magical behond belief.

Bring on more adventures with Willow and her bad ass men in book 3!

DNF @ 24%, Ooof~ I gave book 1 a generous 5 stars because it was a debut and it had so much potential. However, I can't even make it part way through this second book. Book one already had quite a few convenient easy fixes to problems, but book 2 is soooo much worse. At this point it is just lazy writing - panic attacks? Don't worry there's a spell for that, instead of ya know, the character actually working through their trauma lets just suppress it! But only for the FMC, her MMC's get to carry their trauma around though. Potential plot hole that could develop if we don't have a quick fix? Don't worry there's something special for that too - the girl has visions and can solve the issues!

In fact, the FMC is now ridiculously and stupidly overpowered. I did expect her to have all 4 elements but to have a special gift for each element on top of that, and have had special training that she conveniently remembers when she needs to is making this an exceptionally boring read.

Sorry, but I want to experience the growth of the characters I'm reading - not have everything just disappear with the snap of a finger. There's no adventure in that.

This series came highly recommended and I can’t fathom why. The books are long, the descriptions are long. The FMC is collecting powers like pokemon but everything is so so easy. It’s not funny, the FMC is ‘sassy’ where? She has moments of irrational anger and womensplaining but no way would I class her as sassy. She’s traumatised again where? They made it a focus but then failed to develop it anywhere, it’s just highly unlikely. Instead of working through trauma she learns a spell to ‘divert’ away from it all. YAWN.

If I read about how wet she is one more time I think I might drown, we get it she’s horny - she’s a real life slip & slide but come one there’s so many more words! The sex scenes made me cringe, she never once shows any form of trauma even though she’s never had consensual sex - she lets all the guys dominate her and takes back zero form of control, it’s a snooze fest.

There’s no drama or action keeping me hooked it’s all so predictable. Also why are the characters so childish, I literally spat my drink out when I found out one of the guys is 33 yes they’re practically immortal but man are they like teenage boys and girls.

Actually a 4.75

I really am enjoying nearly everything about this series thus far! There were just a couple things that bothered me.

I also found a few errors, but the one that I want to point out is the fact that near the end of the book it mentions Corentin having plastic buttons. Because everything is made from Earth magic regarding clothing. (Or at least I am assuming it is.) I don't think the buttons would have been made of plastic.

The biggest thing I like about the book is regarding Willow's magic.

Me dio cero tensión, cero sorpresas.

Now this is how books should all be written! 💜

This is a well rounded full story book so far.. I haven't read the last book of course yet (not out yet), but this will probably one of my favorites of all time and I am quite picky about books the past couple years. This is a story I love on every level. I just can't explain the full spectrum of the story overall with an explanation it's just all there which a lot of books now leave out simple things that can add up or not add up to the story or characters. Every main character or even side figures once you read this you know them. I've read some stories that it's hard to keep track of the reverse harlem members bur this is not like those at all thankfully.
You can't help but fall in love with the MFC and all of her male loves/ mates. Thank you for a wonderful reading experience. Looking very forward to any future books you write. You have a bright future ahead of you in writing stories.

The second book in the series, it kicks straight off where the first finished and Willow finding her true self chapter by chapter. Her men by her side with her every inch of the way this book is an absolute rollercoaster!

It’s is a slow burn just like book 1 but to be honest I am OK with that as I am so invested in the characters and story its actually refreshing after the books I have been reading.

The development of the characters continues in this book and now more of her men are opening up to her and accepting her for who she is and will be.

Seems I’m a sucker for an FMC that has her men scorching the earth for her lol! Again, shifters, magic, possessive/overly protective men, secrets, angst and a cliffhanger are all included.

This is a gritty violent romance so please do check out the trigger warnings and look after yourself.

I’m a new fan!

Just finished book 2 of the Source of Elementra and let’s just say I am a new fan of this author! The world building is absolutely wonderful and creative. This world feels new and like something I haven’t encountered before. Of course there are elements that are familiar but there is so much more that is new and exciting. I love the character, Willow. She is a fighter and who’s been through so much but still has an inner strength that comes out more and more. I also am enjoying the side stories of her men. Their histories and personalities are interesting and make them even more human to me. FYI, there is a cliffy on this one that makes me wish I waited a few more days to finish book 2 because I CANNOT wait until book 3. Get your tissues, know that you will laugh out loud, and get ready for the continued adventure! You should read it.
