I picked this book up in 1995 at Tower Records in New Orleans. I spent the rest of my time in NOLA pouring over these pages as if they were a gospel. This book has stayed with me for the past fifteen years. I read it atleast once a year if not more. Her words and metaphors are timeless. They are as relevant today as they were yesterday. I guess it's was sort of a genesis of personal philosophy developed over the years. At 16 plus years old this book left it's mark. Never has book managed to do that again in 16 plus years.
