I’ve had this cookbook for many years and had made a few recipes here and there up until this year - when I visited Spain. When I came back to the US I wasn’t ready to be done with tapas and for the next three weeks I ate exclusively recipes from this cookbook. I am a vegetarian, so I have not made any of the meat tapas. I also am someone who does a lot of cooking and doesn’t shy away from a complex recipe. Some of the recipes here are easy and some are very complex. But for me, this cookbook is exactly what I wanted to satisfy my craving for Spanish tapas at home.
