Their battle was nothing but a source of entertainment for the absolute being.

First The monarch of shadows, Ashborn, Tells Sung Jinwoo the story of the absolute being, and how he made the rulers and the monarchs to keep fighting each other, the rulers who are the warriors of light, thought they are the soldiers of the absolute being fighting for him, thinking he will take their side, till they figure out that they are all just a source of entertainment for the absolute being, they Snap, and they Rebel, and kill the absolute being, after defeating his greatest warrior of light, Ashborn himself, who discovers a hidden power within himself, transforming him to a monarch, so he joins the side of darkness, but it seems he has taken a side and its the side of light, all Gods are assholes i swear.

The day the monarch of shadows cried shook heavens and earth... Marked the beginning of the real war.

There was a big problem now, at the start of the middle part, if the monarchs already know how powerful the true power of the monarch of shadows is, to the point of running away from a fight, how will he make them confront him for the final showdown?
And to answer this conundrum, He made him able to sense everyone on the entire planet and thus making him capable of locating the monarchs, also able to teleport everywhere on the planet.
I ll not mind this overkill just for the love of the fight.
If i have a son and he tells me father? With that scary face, i ll do the opposite of Darth vader, i am not your father, wrong number dude.
But because of that meeting we get the fourth moment of true emotion, both son and father were really on point for me, after the father disappeared i was like okay this is a good moment for a heaven shattering scream, and the son did it.
I thought the army coming out of the gate in this part was really weird and i was spot on, they were the army of the monarch of shadows the true army, why they looked so different from the army we would expect.

the world will learn the whole truth.

I thought in this part that sung was actually going to inform the entire world, of all the events that are happening, that are beyond their control, monarchs, rulers, absolute beings? Their own Impending doom looking them in the fucking face?
But he decides to just tell them to evacuate from near the 8 gates that has opened up.
All listen except one, Canada, hunters are in front of the gate, and the civilians didn't evacuate, and millions died because of that, i don't really like going on an making an entire nation look stubborn or stupid just to make an excuse for their death, you could have made them look brave if you really wanted a human sacrifice that much, you could have done many other things that would have made me swallow this.
It ends with Sung is transporting hundreds of thousands of hunters to the battle field!
He also seems like he is planning to sacrifice himself so the world can go on, that would suck, stop sacrificing yourselves for the world its a shitty place anyway.

Albo meraviglioso! Penso sia tra i più belli letti fino ad ora, perché finalmente non ci sono solo combattimenti ma la trama sembra andare avanti, o almeno spero sia così. Jinwoo torna nel luogo dove tutto è iniziato e si ritroverà faccia a faccia con un essere che si fa chiamare "l'architetto del sistema". Finalmente riceveremo delle risposte? Il volume finisce proprio sul più bello!

Clap! Clap! Clap! This volume! So much happened. So much monumental, life changing (for Jin-Woo) things!

Killing monsters, even ridiculously behemoth demons and dragons was one thing. Monarchs are a whole new playing field.

And are you ready for this? I am going to spoil it for you…
The game reset. Jin Woo dies. And gets brought back to life and back to hospital where it all began! What?!?!
Mind-blown!

This series has my heart in a nose.
Wow, to lose your father like this. Sure you said goodbye, but is that enough when you have so much more to say, to ask, to explain.
This was so sad.

Love seeing the words “still leveling up” . There is no end to his strength!

So much backstory and action in these 10 chapters. I truly loved it. However, I wanna know more about the world before too.
