Amber is the boss at work and she also wants to be in control in her personal life. Lucas Carter is her boyfriend and co-worker who wants to show her that she is not the only one who can be in control. He starts to dominate her at work and at home and it is very hard for Amber to give up the control.
Sienna is living a double life. Everybody thinks that she is a sweet girl. Sienna secretly has a BDSM relationship with the towns bad boy Adam Taylor. After receiving the chain letter and scarf she thinks someone knows her secret and she tries to break it off with Adam. Of course Adam tries very hard to convince her otherwise.
Tiffany receives the letter and scarf for the second time. James her fiance thinks they might have done something wrong the last time. He suggests role reversal where he will be the one tied up. Tiffany is not too crazy about his idea.
Grace likes to watch her neighbors thru their windows. She is attracted to Matt but does not think she has a chance. After getting the letter and scarf she amuses herself with toys and the scarf until she realizes that Matt is watching her.
All the stories were very hot, steamy sex scenes with light BDSM.

I really enjoyed the premise of this book---a sexual chain letter that urges the receipent to branch out and try something more...but the receipent must secretly send the letter to another person. So the stories follow several women in different romantic situations.
I felt that Ash was able to develop the characters and their wants and their conflicts in the short bits of the stories...and the writing was very steamy.

Eh.
I have had this book for years and every few I'll read through it.
I only like 1/2 the stories, and I just realized that they are the ones where the characters aren't in a relationship to begin with...
I wish it had a different cover. It doesn't even match to what the book is about.

A decent read-once - the thread to tie the stories together is a chain letter where the recipient gets a scarf and is directed to use it in a 'sexual encounter' within 7 days and then send it on [plus the usual chain letter promises of bliss for obeying, curses for failing...:] As you can guess most of the stories were bondage...

very good book. It consisted of 4 stories all involving 4 different senerios all including a purple scarf and chain letter. The first 2 were very good and extremely hot. the third kind of simmered and lacked the "erotic" feeling. The fourth made an attempt at coming back, but just didn't make it to full force feeling of the first 2.
