Born as Katie Infield in Brighton, East Sussex, England on May 22 1978, I changed my last name to Price when my mother Amy remarried. I have an older brother, Daniel, and a younger sister, Sophie.

Although I had many interests when I was younger, a friend suggested that I should pursue a modeling career. So I sent a few shots to an agency and was taken on. I attended loads of castings, had my fair share of negative responses then one day, in a studio next to where I was working, a model failed to turn up for a shoot. The photographer asked around if anyone would be interested in doing a topless shoot… and the rest, as they say, is history!

My topless modeling career took off in 1996 when I appeared in The Sun as part of the ‘Page 3′ pictorial. The legendary section of the tabloid features a different girl each day posing topless. I was the first topless model to grace the Page 3 for a whole week – fully dressed on a Monday, then each day revealing more and more untill Friday – full topless. The exposure boosted my career and I soon became one of the UKs most famous models, under the pseudonym ‘Jordan.’

From there on I graced many magazine front covers , not just in the UK but also across Europe. My popularity soon reached even further afield and I posed for Playboy, landing on the front cover of the September 2002 issue.

I have been through many well-publicised relationships. And my illnesses, including the removal of a tumor from one of my fingers and complications with my pregnancies and family, have been very public.

First of all, I know that as a 20 year old boy, I am not the target audience for Katie Price novels. However, I am a huge fan of Katie's, so therefore I have read all of her books and don't really care what people think about that. I am also fully aware that Katie doesn't physically write the books herself and employs a ghost writer, but Katie is involved with what happens in each chapter so essentially, it IS her story. With all Katie Price novels, there isn't much to think about whilst reading them, and that is something I strongly love about her books. Sometimes you don't want to read something that requires a lot of thought, and instead want to read something light and still entertaining, and I think Katie Price's novels are the best kind for that!

Make My Wish Come True tells the story of Storm Saunders, a journalist who is caught up in a ploy to uncover the truth about celebrity chef and TV personality Nico Alvise. What Storm doesn't bargain for is falling in love with Nico...

I really loved this book! I found it to be really interesting reading this book from the eyes of a journalist, as most of Katie Price's novels are told through the eyes of a celebrity. I definitely thought that this worked well, and I loved the cameo appearances from much loved characters Angel and Jez! It was also a pretty quick read, and if I wasn't so busy during the days I read this, I would have read it much quicker. However, I'm glad it took me a bit longer to read as I got to spend longer in Storm's world.

Although most of the storyline was predictable and cliché (aren't all Katie Price novels?), I honestly loved the book! I would go as far as saying that this book is potentially my favourite of all Katie Price novels, and I will certainly reread this book in the future.

I long ago stopped trying to defend certain books I read, and the novels of Katie Price are no exception. They aren't so much a guilty pleasure as a pure pleasure. Sometimes you want something that is easy to read and which doesn't require a lot of thinking and Katie's books are exactly that. Make My Wish Come True is probably one of my favourites so far, which given how good the last few have been must mean this one is pretty good too! I keep saying I want Katie to return to Angel Summer and give us a new book featuring her, but I then finish one of her latest books and end up loving the main character from that book.

This time around it's journalist Storm (yes, another crazy name although quite tame to previous characters) who is stuck in a rut, not doing the job she dreamed of she wants nothing more than to become a showbiz journalist. I liked Storm, but found her a bit naive in the beginning but think that was perhaps a bit contrived to push the story forward, it's hard to say why without ruining it but let's just say her boyfriend completely does her over. As a journalist, and a showbiz one at that she's quite 'nice' and normal, rather than hungry for a story. In the beginning, anyway. Eventually Storm does get the journalism job she's always dreamed of, but it isn't without its problems. For a start she has to find out whether the latest celebrity chef, Nico Alvarez is playing away. Her first meeting with said chef doesn't go down too well, although she's left feeling hotter than anything he's ever cooked in his kitchen. Nico wasn't the best male character Katie has created, but the ladies will still love him.

Katie's books are always so readable, I power through them in pretty much less than a day and this was no exception. You can always guarantee that they will be outrageous, almost a less tame version of her own life with realistic and lifelike characters. Each of her characters has a personality of their own, the storylines are always original making the books so much more enjoyable than if it was just the same old rubbish every single time. Regular readers will of course recognise some old faces. Brighton royalty Angel Summer makes an appearance, as does her gay BFF Jez and his partner Rufus. When Jez is about trouble and hilarity aren't usually far behind, add in some outrageous dancing and a table full of champagne and well, you get where this is going... I do like it when a book can be read as a standalone but features the same characters, albeit briefly, as they all exist in the same world adding a sense of realism to the book.

Despite the obvious Christmassy title and cover, the book is about so much more than Christmas, meaning this book can be read all year round (as we'll see when the Summer paperback comes around). If you're not a reading snob who is ashamed to read something less highbrow every now and again, pick this book up, if you are a snob and want something fun and entertaining to pass a few hours, pick up this book on Kindle! One of Katie's best yet, and I can't wait for the next one.

Thanks to the publisher for the review copy.

As with all but one kp novel I really enjoyed this book and I am sad that it was the last one.
It was nice that some of the previous characters was in it.
Unfortunately what often spoils kps books is that they are too predictable in places. Aside from that overall I liked it and can see myself reading it again.

I normally give 5 stars as I love her book my real guilty pleasure and after reading all of her books the newest one wasn't my favourite. I found this one lacking in the sex and too predictable but if you want a quick easy read its just what you need

It was okay but very cliché and I think I have seen a movie with the same happening but it was made way before this book was written.

I know katie price gets bad press and yes she uses a ghostwriter but this is one of her best books.
storm works as a journalist for a local paper she is invited to go work in london as a showbiz reporter.
there she gets mixed up with a tv chef and starts a relationship with him the path of love doesn't always go smoothly without giving away too much let's say that storm realises the showbiz life isn't all it's cracked up to be I would recommend this book as good as sapphire.

This was for my famous category. It was ok very easy to read but dragged a bit in places and I felt I wanted to shake the main characters!!! Would have been better as a holiday book to just speed through on the beach.

This book kept your attention the whole time. Wanting to turn each page but not wanting the book to end. I will definitely be buying her other books. This book is a great “girlie” book to read.
