I love all the Fallen Crest folks, but especially Taylor and Logan. I loved getting more from this family and seeing them celebrate Christmas as adults. This one was great.

I enjoyed A Kade Christmas about Logan and Taylor. Logan is a partner in the firm and his girlfriend, Taylor, is an RN at the local hospital. They're now in their 30's and living life together.
The story takes us back a few months to when Logan woke up and announced that they were flying to Hawaii that day.

Even though this a novella some exciting stuff happens in this quick read.

Fun to see the gang!

Loved this! I’m a sucker for epilogues and this was a great one for all the fallen crest high characters. Mason is still my #1!

Best Christmas present from Tijan! I one clicked and devoured The #kadechristmas novella.

We get to see a very vulnerable and emotional side to Logan and Taylor while they experience some milestones. And it wouldn’t be a Kade Christmas without the fallen crest crew and surprise characters.
It’s multi pov and I love how they all stay true to their characters and yet evolve with age. All of the hints and references to previous books where perfect.
The scenes with all of them interacting are amazing and had shocking drama that Only TIJAN can do.

TIJANs Fallen Crest World will remain a forever favorite with so many beloved characters.

“You’re my family. I go where you go.”
Merry Kade Christmas 🎄

Anyone who knows me, knows that Fallen Crest is my favourite series of all time. It’s my go-to if anyone asks for recommendations of romance books, but I always say it’s a commitment to start, due to the length of the series, plus all the spin off novellas and additional characters who have their own stories. But the beauty of a series like that is it means that when you are given the chance to go back and revisit the world and the characters it makes it that much more special. So, when Tijan dropped a surprise Christmas novella, I dropped everything and read it all in one go.

Logan and Taylor’s story always felt slightly unfinished to me for some reason, and this novella tied up the loose ends nicely. It answered questions about their relationships I was left with when I finished their book and read about them as secondary characters in more recent novels, and it just made them as a couple more understood. Tijan did a great job of bringing the romance in such a short book, whilst also providing the drama that I’ve come to expect from this world. It was so nice to see all the other characters too, and I know is ay this every time, but I really hope this isn’t the last we hear from the Fallen Crest world.

Omfg! So freaking perfect. Every time there’s a new Fallen Crest book it feels just like coming home and, gah, Logan!! This is absolutely everything that I didn’t know I needed for his character development. What a perfect Christmas treat! Gah, so much emotion. So happy for Logan, and of course Taylor but especially Logan, after everything he’s gone though and all his demons and pain I’m just so happy for him to have this beautiful life. The way they just absolutely cherish each other is so gratifying. My soul feels full! And then of course it was just so fun, it’s always so damn entertaining being back in FC, to see everyone (even Zellman and Bren!!) and get those glimpses of their lives and to see their friendships still going strong. This release totally made my week! I can’t wait for Ava’s story. Gosh I want to reread all of FC and Crew and the standalones now that’s how satisfying this novella was, I wasn’t ready for it be over.

First off, a big thank you to my friend Deanna for lending me a copy of this book!
Logan and Taylor have always been my favorite couple of this series, so I was happy to get to see some big things happen for them. I like seeing these characters as grown ups and not quite as crazy as they were when they were teens. That's not to say that there wasn't still some crazy, over the top ridiculousness going on in parts of it, though - it is a Tijan book, after all. I liked the Logan/Taylor parts a little more, but it was still overall pretty entertaining.

Jesus will James Kade ever grow up & be a decent human being?! Mason, Logan, Nate & their significant others are way better than me because I’d have cut all their parents out besides Malinda & David. What drama!

I do wish we had gotten to see more into the future of Taylor & Logan because I can only imagine what a wild child their future child is going to be! Hopefully we get another novella because I love this world & family & I’ll take anything we can get! This novella only made me want to do a reread of this series!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I didn't know this was coming but so glad Tijan surprised us with some Kade family Christmas joy. The Fallen Crest series bought back my love of reading and holds a special place in my heart. Thank you Tijan for this story it shines a light on Logan and Taylor and their very special relationship. A perfect addition to the series and as always hoping we get more again soon.

The Kade family has drama coming their way thanks again to their Dad. With Mason busy in the middle of football season it's up to Logan again to bear the brunt of the disaster. For once though Logan doesn't want to be the one to deal with it. He just wants to be with Taylor and forget about everything else.

Taylor has a surprise for Logan but with everything going on she just can't get a chance to tell him. He has so much going on she wants to wait and not give him more to think about. So instead she will be there for him as always. At his back, his biggest supporter and his best friend."You are their protector, but I'm your protector. You're their shield, but I'm your shield. I will always unconditionally love you. I always have."

When they figure out what is going on with their Dad the whole gang assembles to fix the mess. Taylor and Sam both stand up for their men and take on roles to support the family.

When all is said and done we get to experience a Kade family Christmas. The whole gang shows up for laughs and fun and love. All the things we love about the Kades.

It was great to see Logan a little broken and soft and to see Taylor step up and put her foot down to defend and protect Logan. Getting a glimpse of the whole gang as they spend Christmas together was a perfect finish to the story.

If you love Fallen Crest and Tijan you will fall in love with A Kade Christmas just like I did.

Happy Reading.

Happy Holidays Kade Style ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved everything about this book. Getting to hang with Logan, Taylor, Mason and Sam for the holidays was like going home. The interaction with all of the other people we’ve met over the years in the Fallen Crest series added to this story. I don’t want to have any spoilers in this review but I loved how the relationship between Logan and Taylor progressed. This book had all the feels… I laughed and cried. A must read for anyone who read the series. Five Stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not even sure where to begin but this novella was definitely an emotional rollercoaster. So hard to put down once I started. Taylor and Logan are amazing together and his novella just proves how perfect they are for each other. Loved it, Loved it! I still don't like Tate's shady behind and Helen hit a low for me. She just screwed up whatever relationship she could have had with her daughters-in-law for siding with a shady selfish conniving person. Another must read by Tijan.

This novella is what all Fallen Crest High fans (especially those of Logan's) have been waiting for. It was fun and filled with pretty much all of our favorites. I couldn't even believe some of the things Tijan came up with for this one! It was a wild ride.

This was such a sweet novella to catch up on Logan and Taylor. Trouble truly follows the Kade's around like a cloud. Poor Taylor couldn't get the right moment to speak to Logan. I couldn't help myself but laugh a little at the chaos.

Do you have any idea of how much I missed this guys??
Or how much I was expecting Logan’s and Taylor proposal??
I’ve never seen Logan so vulnerable and it was magnificent. I really love this family and how their story interconnect, it’s so damn good!!
Having more of their relationship and how she accepts him was so beautiful, love doesn’t even cover what they have!
Tijan you made my day! Every single thing you writes it’s a given, I didn’t even look what this books entails, I bought it just because you wrote and it didn’t surprise me of how amazing it turned out!!
I loved really hard man!!!

3.5 stars. It's sweet and very Fallen Crest (so melodramatic and slightly bonkers). I love the found family, especially that Bren, Channing, and Malinda all made an appearance. I enjoyed it. I'm just less of a fan of cute domesticity and more into angst.

I’m a huge fan of the series, and it pains me to rate this low, but WTH was that?? It might not have helped that I reread Logan’s book just before this one because it felt like neither he nor Taylor grew up any. They’re in their 30’s and he’s still tortured that his dad cheating on his mom, and he has shitty parents… and she has no coping skills…get over it already. There was SO MUCH DRAMA…

**SPOILERS**

The first part was annoying because we are constantly flipping from the past (a trip to Hawaii) to the present (James and Analise having marital problems). Without giving specific details on that, can we talk about that drama?? James messed up and is a terrible dad again (I thought we moved past this already) so Mason and Logan have to keep flying back and forth to FC every few days… Why?? That’s ridiculous these are all grownups, James isn’t dying… he’s sad.

This coupled with Taylor’s big news overwhelms Logan so much that he shuts down and won’t leave his room. What is up with that? And Taylor’s has her own mini breakdown over her big news… which wasn’t really a big deal….

The fear, sadness, resignation. She was cautious with me. Her. My teammate. My life partner. Forget the fucking roles of husband and wife. She was mine. I signed up to be beside her for life long ago, and she was scared right now because of me.

She choked out a sob, so I reached over and entwined her hand in mine. Our fingers laced together.

Pain sliced through me. “Just hold on. Please.” I was saying it gently. Tender. I needed to be delicate with her, handle her with care. She felt like she was going to break.

Back to James… The good part of these two being so emotional unstable is that it forced Mason to take charge. Thank fuck because he actually acts like a grownup.

Mason’s eyes widened. A normal person would’ve looked staggered from that statement. Not Mason. That was his only reaction— that his eyes widened. Then he cursed, long and low, and savagely.

Sam also ached. I could sense it from her, and she was hurting again. As she
caught my gaze, we were both aching for our men.

What are their men going through?? Their dad is having marriage problems… not dying.

Bottom Line- This was a hotmess with the past/present/povs changes and the buckets of unnecessary dramatics. It’s very OTT, we don’t get a ton of updates on the characters because so much is spent on meltdowns. We’re also left in the dark on several things (Matteo/Grace, James/Analise, Mark/Cassandra, Helen, are they moving, kids/future kids, etc) and since I believe this was an unplanned novella… we’re left to guess. I wish this would’ve just been the couple’s hanging out over Christmas with us getting updates on their lives. Like more on Maddie and the nutty twins.

Holy Kade!
I wrote a short review after reading A Kade Christmas and it lacked everything these characters mean to me, so I am here to write what I truly felt.
From the Beginning, Fallen Crest has been my opening book to the world of reading. They came at a point in my life where I needed the escape and they fulfilled every emotion I needed. This short Novella was exactly what I needed to feel content with all of their lives. I always felt some type of sadness with how Logan felt about his feelings and emotions, and this sweet story brought all of those things to light. Without even realizing Logan cleaned HIS OWN JAR, while making all of Taylor’s dreams because a reality. The idea of the gang never missing a beat is what makes these characters worth reading every time Tijan springs them back into action. I will never get enough of the FallenCrest/Crew World! Tijan you did the damn thing again and made so many of your followers very happy with this amazing Christmas story!

PS - Always hoping for you to give up a little glimpse of their lives. Merry Kade Christmas!!

Oh how I love the Kades! And like always, I want more. This was a quick read that only makes me demand Tijan write more Kade books.

I love seeing the gentle side of Logan and love his relationship with Taylor. Logan goes to the beat of his own drum and the pace he took in his relationship is the product of James and Helen. I do wish there were more of the threesome fearsome together but I’m hoping we’ll get that in the future.

As much as I love Logan, I need more Mason and Sam. There’s something about them that will forever cement them as the best couple ever.

Also, James and Helen are truly the worst. I don’t understand how and why they continue to hurt their sons. If we ever get another book, I really want karma to handle them. Tate, is seriously the insect that refuses to die. I don’t understand why she is the way she is.

Finally, I can’t believe I’m saying this, my hatred for Annalise simmered a tiny bit. Karma did catch up to her, but I respect the fact that she put her mental health first and did the right thing.

Ah Tijan, you smashed it with this one. This is a special Christmas novella with characters from the Fallen Crest and Crew worlds. There’s even mention of the band Sustain! I do love a crossover story and we are treated to all the characters years along when they’re married with families of their own. Of course, James Kade is causing the drama but it’s so nice seeing Taylor and Logan at the core of this one. With Logan finally settling down we are treated to some holiday fun.

Summer was great as Taylor. She was fresh, young, and gave us the no-nonsense woman Taylor’s grown into. Cooper nailed it as Logan. The fun-loving boy grown into this alpha of a man. He will do literally anything for Taylor.

This fun Christmas read is a short one, but had all the things you need in a holiday book. Some family drama, booze, b!chin’, and of course, a Hallmark moment!

If you’ve read any of the books in either the Fallen Crest or Crew series you’re gonna want to grab this holiday special.

This was sooooop good!!!!! I loved reading about all of my favorite fiction people. Logan and Taylor are such a wonderful couple and I was so surprised by what Logan did and then Tijan gives us s huge surprise that made this story perfect. I enjoyed reading about all of the kids and their different personalities showing through. The story allowed us to catch up with all of my favorites, Heather, Channing, Nate, Quincy, Nova, Matteo, Bren, Zellman, Malinda, David, and I can never forget my favorite couple ever Mason and Sam. There was some drama and enemies from the past popped back up to try to cause some trouble but as usual the family stuck together and took care of that problem fast. This was such a wonderful Christmas surprise for all of us from Tijan, thank you ❤️

>Book Review - A Kade Christmas

>I am an independent reviewer. This book is a novella in the Fallen Crest series. Sam, Mason, Logan and Taylor are in their 30’s. Logan and Taylor are still unmarried, but going strong. Logan is the one shielding everyone from the train wreck of his father and his marriage to Sam’s mom and his cheating. When the truth of who the elder Kade is cheating with is revealed, there is a huge “Ick” factor.

>Mason, now a pro football player with 3 kids, has to shield Logan, when things get to be too much for him. I love the twins of Mason and Sam are such hellions. There are glimpses of Sam and Heather and even Nate. The story is the perfect amount of angst, love and fun.

>This novella is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this novella 5 stars.

At just over 3 hours long this audio was a quick, easy and super fun read. If you’re a Fallen Crest fan, you need this in your life. If you’re a Logan fan, you definitely need this in your life. If you’re a fan of any of the other Fallen Crest crew then again, yes, you need this in your life. It’s a super fun, feel good holiday read. It brings out the very best of Logan, I fell in love with him all over again. Of course there’s lots of drama, it wouldn’t be Fallen Crest without it, but it’s not got the added angst that some of the other stories have. It’s a true family, feel good story. Audio narrated perfectly by Summer Morton and Cooper North. Multiple POVs throughout. I loved it.

Overall Opinion

A Kade Christmas Novella By Tijan
. Holy Fucking Hell!!! I didn't see this one coming. After Logan's emotions being all over the place in Nate, this was an amazing and emotional novella. Logan who always stands up and takes on all the problems, needs to take a step back. Taylor, kickass heroine IMO, she understood what her man wants, and especially what he was going through and all of his emotions. And 💯% stood my him.

Secondary Characters

The way this group gets together when a problem arises is just amazing 💜

We get to see the Fallen Crest group again. This time Taylor and Logan take center stage. Taylor and Logan are still madly in love with each other but never have taken the next step to getting married or having children. Taylor knows Logan fears he will not be good enough and end up like his father but maybe Logan is ready to take the next step. Then drama with his father could cause everything to come to a halt. What does the future hold for Logan and Taylor? Can Logan get over his fear of turning into his father?
I enjoyed seeing these characters again and see some more characters that could get either a full length novel or a novella. I want more.

One of my favorite families: Logan and Taylor and of course Mason and Samantha and the rest of the family, Nate and Quincey and all the children. I loved this fun filled episode. This tells the story of how Taylor and Logan got married and how they realized the strength of their love and what strength they give to one another. We find out in this episode that James Kade messed up again and hurt his one true love Analise. But we find out that he is being scammed and by all people Tate. Tate was in love with Mason for as long as we can remember. I have to say again that I loved this episode and want and will continue to read about the Fallen Crest guys and their families, Mason, Logan and Nate and now Matteo
