A great resource for runners. I've been using this book to keep track of my half-marathon training and have not only found it so useful for recording all of my runs and workouts but also for the wealth of tips and helpful articles that are included. I also love all the inspirational quotes throughout which are great motivation for my runs.

I’m on my 5th Believe Training Journal and this is the first time I have actually read all the content! In the past, I had diligently used the training log pages and would randomly read a bullet point here or there, but I never read it cover to cover, nor did I use the writing prompts. Well, better late than never - I learned a lot throughout the book and the writing prompts allowed me to dig in to who I am and what I want to achieve. The content was sometimes more for elite or pro runners and track athletes, so those parts were not useful to me. But I truly enjoyed the rest and came away with some new things to integrate into my running and my life.

Are you a runner? I read this in one day. It was a gift and exactly what I needed to read 2 weeks before my first marathon. I'm slow, but I train and I have goals. This journal is AMAZING! It will be by my bedside every night in 2017 and I plan for my runs/races this coming year.
