Great book on fat loss as a whole, Brandon Carter's Youtube is full of insight and his book breaks it down even further. The fat loss method he sticks to is really intermittent fasting with no carbs on non training days and carbs only after workouts on training days. He talks a lot about insulin and how the body spikes insulin and produces fat often when we overdo carbs. He also mentions the need for a cheat day once in a while and carb cycling to gain full fat loss. Ive used a lot of his methods in my own fat loss although I find not carbing quite difficult at times. Overall a great book with more tips which I haven't mentioned in this post - and costs only $0.99
Another good book by Brandon Carter, this time on getting ripped. Some of the chapters are a complete copy-paste from his book on bulking up but nevertheless, there is a lot of unconventional, experience driven wisdom here on weight loss techniques.
The two points i found completely radical and hence very interesting in both books are:
1. Failure: One should fail to do the 11th rep and not succeed. This is the only way to bulk up on muscle size!
2. Cheat: One should cheat on ones diet on a particular day to spike insulin levels and tweak metabolism, in order to lose more weight!
Both of them make a lot of sense and i'd recommend you read both books to know how to exactly. After all, if you are getting to know how to work on those 2 gems above for $1 each, its a 100% ROI already, not to mention hundreds of hours and thousands of bucks wasted on the gym otherwise.
I really did like how he gave and covered all the bases some food to work out to mindset I also definitely enjoyed that he least eat carbs I know today he's keto but I've been watching him for about two and a half years
This is the best book I've read so far about explaining fat loss and muscle building. Carter explains how the reader can do either, or both of them at alternate times. The man knows his stuff.
I enjoyed this ebook a lot. It's a quick read that's full of information. Written in a way that the lay person can understand what he's trying to explain and he goes even further by adding links to blogs or YouTube videos to bring the points home. Very concise and to the point so that you can read this in one afternoon and implement the changes that day. If you're looking for a detailed exercise and meal plan in this book you need to be realistic and understand that for this price and this length of book...that's not going to happen. But it does give you a great starting point for some healthy habits to incorporate into your daily life to get the gains you want to see.
A lot of the stuff I read in this book, I already knew, but I did learn some new tips, and tricks. Best thing about the book, is the fact he puts a lot of his YouTube videos in it. He is very motivating, and by watching him, he makes me want to get in better shape. I don't think there is much in the book, that his videos don't explain, but if you like him, support him and pay .99 cents to buy the book. Then you have a reference point, with videos in the correct locations, that you can always refer back to for good advice, and motivation.
I actually follow him on youtube and I copped this book as soon as he posted it on amazon. I've been working out for a while now with some what of an idea of how, when or what to work out, but after taking in his advice (including his videos which he refers and links to) I've seen amazing progress. He goes over meals, workouts, supplements etc... I wish a printed copy so I could highlight and reread something for reference.

This book was very informative, however, lacked the proper punctuation and grammar in parts. Now, this book is a great book for what the audience is searching for: easy ways to burn fat. That is the main goal of reading this book. But, it would be a little better if it were more formally written without the profanity or horribly places punctuation. Other than the book having grammatical errors, it is a very helpful read!
It makes you click on a lot of links to view his YouTube videos. The book can be read in a very short time. It's awesome, I've been trying his High Intensity Interval Training, and I workout for 15min instead of an hour. I feel better by eating right. Great resource.
Very informative for a average guy like me trying to get into the best shape of my life. I am subscribed to his Youtube channel and I can see the results of all of his advice,tips, and techniques. Want to lose fat and gain muscle. This book is the way to do it.
If you want to get lean & beefy, this book is for you. Contains all you need to know about nutrition, training & discipline to get there. Now it's all up to you.
I felt the tone of author very natural and he always backs up the things he talks with citations which ensures that he knows what he talks and what he writes. I became a fan of his writing style and bought another book too! :)
For me the information introduced was read before in different sources and for my lifestyle would be more than difficult to apply but will try it once more as close as possible Would recommend it as a side read for the title's purpose
