Flawed #2

Beautifully Ruined

Rate this book
I feel I'm losing it all, everything I've kept near and dear--I'm shoving it away because I don't know how to keep my life in order anymore.

What was simply fine and okay is no longer either. My world is growing into one black hole, dragging me down.

I've discovered my monsters, I've found my demons, and to make sure no one goes down with me, I've given them an out. I've given Zephyr the out he deserves.

But was it worth it?

Just when Joey's life seemed to be getting better, one night sends her memory into overdrive. Not able to cope, she pushes away the only friend she could count and tries to cut out all the rest.

When a new student walks into her class and is assigned the seat next to hers, Joey's not sure whether punch him or kick him below the belt with how forward he is. All this while fighting the urge to go back and beg Zephyr to be hers again.

When the unthinkable happens, she has a hard decision to make--the hardest she's ever had to make: to stay or go.

I have been utterly privileged to get my hands on the sequel, and people out there waiting. It is worth the wait. You are in for a roller-coaster of emotions, and some seriously big surprises.
I could not put it away for a second whilst reading it.
What Nessa did in the first book was good, what she did now, was awesome.
This is one author with a promising future. Talk about having your readers by the ball sack.
And please people, don't EVER let your guard down.

Unfortunately this one fell short for me. There was a couple things that made me think "would that really happen?"

Joey was all over the place, I've thankfully never been in her position so can't say 100% but she seemed to swing between this easy going chick into a full blown anxious mess. I know easy going people, I know anxious people they are usually one or the other. But again, everyone is different.

Some of the stuff at the end was just... How Benjamin actually managed to get to her is a bit ... Unbelievable. And I doubt they would let her choose when she can start being in protective custody. So that was lame.

But Zephyr... Sigh... What a book boyfriend!

Will read the next one to see what happens but hopefully it's a tad more realistic and without grammatical errors.

Wow. So I purchased this book because I liked the first one well enough, and had to find out if Joey and Zephyr get there crap together. This one is so much more intense than the first.

This one pretty much picks up where the first one left off. There is a new guy in class, who insists on being Joey's friend. He so damned annoying, he's actually cute. He will come to mean a lot more to Joey by the end (no spoilers here).

We finally learn the entire truth of the night Joey's father (biting tongue) killed her family. And just as things are looking up for Joey, he escapes from prison.

I actually had a 'NOOOOOO' moment in the last few pages...and then agony, as I realized I would be left hanging, waiting for book 3.
Definitely recommend this one. And anxiously awaiting the next.

Amazing! The first book was great, but this one went far beyond that! It had me on the edge of my seat the whole time, while surprises just kept coming! But the end! Another major cliffhanger! SPOILER Don't read unless you've read the book! But seriously, I cannot wait for Completely Destroyed to come out! Nessa Morgan has written an amazing, suspenseful, entertaining series that keeps getting better!

I'm so sad that I'm already done with this! I have to say, bringing Milo and Owen into the plot was a great idea! I love Milo, and how much of a good friend he's been to Joey! I'm not going to write a full big review, but I'll share my favorite parts (WATCH OUT FOR SPOILERS)

-Joey and Milo's friendship developing.
-Zephyr grabbing a drunk Joey and bringing her home from a party.
-Joey finding out that Owen is her actual father.
-When Joey has to leave Zephyr, but he's shot.

Can't wait for Completely Destroyed, I'm excited to read a bit from Zephyr's POV, but I want to know what's happening to Joey when she's kidnapped from her POV.

I read this in two days. It's a fantastic book. You can see how it may feel to have rumors spread about you that aren't true and it also shows how even though life may seem forever ruined - it can brighten up. But all lives have ups and downs none stay up forever. I just can't wait for book three!!! I know I shouldn't sound so excited because the ending really rains on the parade but I just hope it comes out soon.

I love it. Its good joey got together with zephyr again. She should have told him what happened. The ending was like awesome. Never would have guess it. I hope zephyr is alive. And his family come to their home plus the police. Finally she found your what her non-dad dad did to her. I waiting for the next one.

Amazing story

I choose the rating of five stars because it is an awesome story of a crocheted life of a young girl and how Love and patience brought her through it. I felt . Like I could love Zepher myself. I literally cried when she broke up with him. I am only so sad about the way it ended. Are there only two books?

Everything is worth it for someone you love.

Well I never expected that.. and I'm cliffhanged again. Ha! Bothering. Why do bad stuff always happens to good people? That seriously sucks. I'm hoping for a happy ending in book 3.

Loved it! Suspense with just the right amount of romance. I love the complicated issues that other authors are afraid to touch upon. However, I am severely mad about having to wait for the third book!!!!! Really leaves you hanging!

My only issue is that my ebook was filled with spelling errors and grammar errors. Other than that, I loved it! It was cute, funny, and best of all, suspenseful. The end leaves you needing to read more!!

This book is fabulous! I didn't think it could get better than Perfectly Flawed, but this book is just brimming with content. Those small irritating errors were gone and the plot was once again amazing. Thank you Nessa Morgan, for this masterpiece!

This was a great book. I really enjoyed reading it. It was a definite page turner. I think it was awfully drawn out in parts and had a lot of "filler" information. Book One and Book Two could have been combined in one.

Absolutely loved these books and can not wait for completely destroyed, is there any update yet as to when it's being released because the ending was to much of a cliff hanger to be left waiting much longer.

So I read this book 9 years ago when it came out and it was great! Well written, wonderful storyline, only problem cliffhanger! Which normally is fine, but after nearly 10 years I’m wondering if we will ever find out what happens? So Nessa Morgan can you please let us know?!

Argh, I wouldn't have read these if I'd known the next part was so far away. Good story though.
