This was fun to read. You learn to draw characters. Art is important to teach the nation's children. It teaches creativity, and that encourages children to think outside the box. In other words, children can have ideas for an invention or a new way of thinking.

It gives the basics: shows the characters sizes in relation to one another (a line-up), and gives info on how to draw the characters step by step, but its disappointingly thin and not too detailed for older readers who want to know more fun techniques. "Animating the Looney Tunes Way" is much better.
