Rate this book
Something very, very strange is going on...because nothing strange is going on...Overnight, the SOS Brigade, the existence of supernatural beings, and Haruhi Suzumiya's obsession with finding them (not to mention Haruhi herself!) have disappeared. Has the goddess lost her touch? And why is Kyon, who so often longed for a normal life, so upset to find all of it suddenly gone?

Haruhi Disappears

Kyon's world is shattered! Haruhi disappears and the SOS Brigade does not exist! Where is Haruhi-chan? Can Kyon-kun escape this weird world and return to a world with a SOS Brigade? Love the adventures of Haruhi Suzumiya!

So, I love Kyon. I feel like I write this in every review.

I honestly liked Nagato and Kyon as a couple....can it be a thing?

Why only two stars? Because after four chapters of "the disappearance," they threw in two chapters of unrelated crap! Disappearance will continue in the next volume. Color me P'Oed!

By the Dark Gods what a volume!
Here we get to see the start of probably my absoulte favourite story arc of the series(at least thus far), and boy is it good!
There's the usual laughs and fun, but this one is able to capture a surreal panic that the reader can easily feel through the pages, and it does not disappoint!

I want to say this is my favorite arc of the Haruhi series, but I love all the arcs. This one just reveals how much Kyon does like Haruhi and the rest of the gang, plus it's adorable to see the parallel world where people are normal. Ahhh....
