Sequel to Space Prison, which I loved. But, I couldn't even finish it. I found the reaction of the rescued humans to their rescuers (they were jealous and resentful of their rescuers ???!!!) so unbelievable that the story lost all credibility for me.

Disappointing sequel to Space Prison; takes place immediately after events in that book, but totally different in tone and approach. No exciting plot lines, no strange creatures, no tension. "Ghost" ship kidnaps the survivors and takes them to the Orion system, but for what? and who is the enemy? Who cares? Not interesting.

OK sequel but still liked Space Prison better. Would've been more interesting to follow how they deal with Earthians and Athenaians

A nice sequel to the first Ragnarok book, but the characters seem a little dense considering it is obvious who the bad guys are and it takes them half the book to figure it out. It was a quick read though and nice to return to some unique sci-fi perspectives on mankind's future and survival as a species. I personally want mockers to replace smartphones...although I might have allergies I haven't considered.

Interesting after the first book. It was a little hard to follow the levels of the spaceships and what went on there, but it was still a good space action book.
