Until now, I've read many and many books on personal transformation and always from reputable writers and fairly know books. I have stumbled upon this book by accident, and started to study it a bit scepticly but now that i have read it for the second time, I'm wondering how much of less known but great books have I skipped!?
It all starts with motivation – I have always been interested in that subject – because, we all can agree it's the starting point of achieving any goal we set. And I can honestly say this book gave me profoundly deeper understending of my personal motivation, of my self, better said what makes me tic.
Have you ever had a need to do something with your self but couldn't get going? or maybe you did get going but somehow lost your track and quit? Well, it certanly did happen to me, and I'd get frustrated every time. Why? – lack of understanding of my personal motivation. You want to become a true goal getter who stops for nothing and always finishes what he started? – this book is what you need.
Taking the ideas right form this book made me change some of my lousy beliefs, and helped me to get rid of self-imposed limitations that I wasn't even aware of. Are there some limiting beliefs that you are unaware of?

After reading a lot of books similar to self-help, I did not expect too much from this one, especially because the author was unknown. But after reading a few pages, I changed my mind completely.

This book is not one of those that talks a lot and helps...not so much. The book is written in an extremely amusing tone and the author shares valuable knowledge.

I immediately identifyed myself with his way of thinking and I realised that he found the solutions to the many challenges that everyone faces when strides towards his goals. I immediately applied some of the book's strategies and I was thrilled to realize that I had resolved some of mine long-lasting problems.

I experienced certain problems, people, and situations from a whole new perspective. The most benefitial outcome for myself is the creation of a new understanding, wondering how come I could not see or experience this simple but practical and efficient applications to everyday life years ago.

It is the importance of fulfilling the promises given to oneself - to consistently follow all the outcomes we had set for ourselves to accomplish, no matter how small and banal they may seem.

That is the way we create the strong habit of consistency which is the prerequisite to success, and only then, we become the best version of ourselves.

Interesting personal story/experience permeated with essential psychology (NLP, belief systems) that is basic and crucial to understanding our situations, choices, and final results. Easy to understand, written with clear and understandable language so both beginner and advanced practictioner of psychology can benefit from it (its like reading NLP Harry potter :D) I consider myself, after years of studying different areas of psychology, relatively informed on the subject, but still find immense value in this book.

He deliveres simple, but effective ways, backed with manny great stories and metaphors, to achieve what the book title proposes.

I really like the author because of his integrity. He doesnt just show how to create value, but makes you think, and points towards ethical and moral values.

Throughout the book i can relate most of it with my own path, progress, thoughts, transformations and life experience, where i started from scratch and built myself into what i am today, with manny ups and downs, and will be doing it ad infinitum...

When you realize life is a game, upgrading yourself will be the only real game you will devote your time to...

The only thing I can say is: what a great book! I will recommend it to everyone because not only it's not written only for those who are interested in NLP but it has much bigger value and it's a good literature for all people who are interested in working on themselves. As a colleague and a kind of an expert I maybe have a different approach to the content – some things are familiar to me and I am thinking about them in a different way. But, regardless of your professional skills and areas of interest you can take a book and read it without missunderstanding. This is possible due to the very understandable and simple writing, but nevertheless do not think that this easy-read text doesn't demand contemplating, thinking and rethinking about the read, what is in the end the main purpose of the book – contemplating about our own reality, thinking about our experiences and how we create them and rethinking values and beliefs. All in all, 5 stars!

I will start my review with a qoute from Sasha´s book: " I felt incredibly good."
What is so special about that qoute? Everything!

I`ve had privillege to meet Sasha in person and attended his NLP Basic seminar. This sentence is of such matter to me because it represents and describes Sasha`s true nature. He is uplifter and a teacher to the core of his Being.
His work and person made me start looking world around me through different perspective - out of "my map", and the world around me started to change. That felt incredibly good! I still feel that way!
I do not intend to lobby for Sasha or anyone else for that matter.
Since words don`t teach, only life experience does - prove yourself anything that you would like to experience or that you have doubts about, because that only matters and counts.

This book is really good!
Nice introduction lead us in the subject of the book in a little bit different way. The author through his life explain us different ways of behavior. I like that very much. Actually the whole book has many examples that we can identify with. Themes are easy to follow, for regular population and for professionals.
In the chapters are specific questions that a person can ask himself and in that way he can better understand oneself and the others. Also, there are the different tips that can help us in life. Because this book I better understand a little of NLP and I should not have read a boring book! As well this book helped me to discover the reasons why people behave in a certain way, from the different perception!

I had a chance to listen to Sasha on one conference and was surprised with the amount of useful information I got in just 45 minutes. So, although my first reaction when my friend previously told me about the book and the title, was bull.... I decided to read the book and I’m really glad I did. It is written really nice, more like a novel, so it is read easily. That does not mean it is not full of useful stuff you could do (I definitely will!) to be your better self! I like examples, which Sasha uses a lot. Already started with some 'pebbles' list. I'm curious will I manage to do it for ‘first’ 100 days :-) I will definitely read this book in some time again, to refresh memory and to check myself how much better self I become.

The author writes with a contagious enthusiasm and high personal energy, making you eager to read more and get active in taking charge of your life and making changes happen. Sharing his personal story in the beginning is giving him the authenticity and making you interested to read further. He explains some of the NLP premises and theories in a simple to understand way, packed with examples, stories and anegdotes making it a memorable experience. With this book you will understand more about yourself - how and what influenced in building your beliefs and identity. It will give you also hands-on tips how to live a more conscious life and take lead in creating your future. Can recommend to all interested to learn more about themselves and their environment!

The best things in life happen by accident!
Allthough I bought this book by coincidence and started reading with a lack of belief it had a value, BYBS quickly won me over!

Psychology of success is vividly depicted here through a multitude of examples from the actual Sasha's experience, and is constantly followed by a simply described psychological theoretical basis.

The basic concepts are thus faster and deeper understood, and are easy to apply in similar situations.
Examples of personal motivation as a driver of personal success, and honestly acknowledging his own mistakes on that path, certainly help to unconsciously adopt the basic concepts of success.

By reading carefully, your thoughts often go away seeking answers to seemingly simple questions, actually deep truths of life:

• What ist the meaning of success (for me/for you)?
• Why do we do things in the way we do?
• Is there any negative motivation in my actions?
• How is our personal belief system limiting us?
• How to change habits?
• Do we have a control over our lives?

Thinking about this issues, the reader finds answers which enables him/her to change or adjust our approach to certain life situations and influenece our surrounding, all with a basic message:

- Take control of your life and Be(come) You (better) self

I try to incorporate at least 30 minutes of motivational reading a day. I can absolutely say that this book will be going on my regular rotation. Reading it one time would not do it justice.
It had more motivation than any other book I have read in recent memory.

I loved how the author told his personal story. Not only was it great to be able to see why he was a reputable source, but his background brought a certain something to the story that would have been lacking otherwise.
Highly recommend!

This is an inspiring book with so many helpful ideas and patterns to reshape oneself into someone that is meaningful. The author tells stories of his own struggles to become what he visualizes he should be. By so doing he enables the reader to understand what it takes to succeed.

I enjoyed reading this self-improvement book and would recommend it to all who have self-doubts about themselves and their ability to become what they want to be in life.

This book gave me a drive to act. I had a several AHA moments and I realised how some of my reactions were a result of my existing (thinking and behavioural) patterns. I started using authors chart for installing positive and empovering habbits – very simple and efficient approach to enhance the level of control over life.

I especially enjoyed authors examples – he uses simple and funny stories to connect the reader with the concepts. Time well invested.

This book is one of my favorite. It has so many good examples that you can use in real life situations and that you can learn a lot from this book. My favorite part in the book is how Sasha explained everything using his own life experience, so you can easily understand what is he writing about. Also I was lucky that I had a chance to be part of his group and he taught me a lot. He is a great teacher and AMAZING trainer. Thank you for that :)

It looks like one of "those" common self-help books but it is not. It is much more than that. It describes the journey of a young man discovering the power of effective communication and much more.

I rated this book with four stars because the autor did not publish an other interesting book.

P.S. I do not care about the grammar mistakes, as long as there are so many useful tips to help you re-writing your own next chapter of your life.

From scratch.

I laughed throughout the book, which I find very rare in personal growth literature. Author's storytelling style, his way of describing common situations that everyone can relate to, really amused me and that's the best way of learning for sure! It's easy to comprehend and absorbe all useful know how that this book gives you in the end. So, must read. Unusual style, easy to comprehend, concrete examples and actual know how.

I enjoyed reading this accessible book. Concept is easy to understand.
Reason for that opinion, author quotes many examples which are very practical.
Best guide through the book is author personal story and personal experience and method how author transfer your own experience to reader.
Also I can say, except practical examples, this is very information and fun story.
Recommend.

This is an eclectic book. It is a compilation of state-of-the-art applied psychology from multiple schools of thought, for those who appreciate efficiency in whatever they do. If you want not only the how, but also the *why* about introducing consistency and goals into your life, give this a read. You should really keep an eye on how the author's ideas evolve in his future work.

Average book of author with interesting life. Easy to read but it didn't leave to much impression on me. There's too much pointing to other books/authors and only few useful NLP techniques. Most interesting part is how author use modeling technique in his life.
