I never examined the self before through spirituality until I read this book. This book explains how the self is developed and how believing in something is good for your mental health. It was very educational and it made me think about my self and what pushes that forward.

This is an absolutely phenomenal book if you find yourself in very high highs and very low lows and are never able to stay at a good mindset consistently for long periods of time then this is a great book to read you know and you are in the self-help space and you just strive to do big things then this book is a necessity it teaches you how to be aware of What is actually going on in your mind and why that and why you think how you think not to limit the book to that but that is the main point it also teaches you how to think. Also, plus that it is almost like the perfect size book 160 something pages but not too big. It’s broken down very easily and very easily understood I’d highly recommend the only reason it’s not a five star bookis because I’m trying to give my reviews like Dave Portnoy gives pizza reviews so of course is pretty dang good. I use talk to text for this so piece it together. Good luck.

I read this book in two chunks, the first was two years ago. I read the first was two years ago. I read chapters 1 - 11. I enjoyed them. They were deep and pushed me to think. I put the book down and honestly my mind got distracted and I forgot about it.

I picked it back up again a few days ago. I finished the last four chapters! They were wordy, but not uncomfortable. I found the authors final two chapters were akin to having coffee with a great, yet relaxed spiritual teacher.

I plan on rereading he last two chapters again and highlighting many of the golden nuggets.

One must be open in one's thinking to gather the knowledge this book has to share.

I am very glad I read it.
