Adelheid returned to the capital of the Vuldar Empire after completing her Reginnaglar Ceremony. Armed with prestige and power, the seventh princess lays down the foundation for her rise. Although Adelheid has set her sights on the future, the past never escaped her eyes. Now, is the time for vengeance for both herself and her fallen knight.
The author does mention this book is shorter than the ones before it but man is it much sweeter. If I could’ve given it more stars for the review I would have. From beginning to end, this book was perfect I would say. Not really any dull spots at all. There’s just enough combat to get you through. There’s just enough intrigue to get you through. There’s just enough mystery and plotting to get you through. the story amazing. Anyone who follow the first two books keep on going. I don’t want to even risk spoiling anything but boy oh boy, is this a good one.

Spoiler alert to anyone who reads ahead.
I always write a note to the author for books that I like. One thing I always request is a synopsis at the beginning. I noticed at the end of the book you included, epilogue and other afterthought chapters and you explain how important they are, but a synopsis would’ve been great because now the plot is beginning to thicken, and it took me a minute to remember everything that had happened previously now onto the main plot board. That was a good one the end those last few chapters amazing. I did not see that about the mother coming. Nor the person connected to the mother, I never would’ve met. Imagine that excellent planning excellent execution. I didn’t think the book was a bit, dark, maybe not dark but it was sad seeing people I like die again. It advances the story. It definitely helps set a tone here. This world is not a kind of world. I do wonder how the story will advance because we see the world becoming larger to some extent. I mean that announcement at the end literally brings another kingdom into this whole mess. the only thing that’s a thing and I could ask for is faster releases. We love the story, but as a fan, we hate waiting years for a series to finish. We don’t want a Russian Author to get to the end but we didn’t want to rush and all that because I don’t wanna wait seven years to finish the book series. Anyway much love on the book. Thank you for that wonderful time you’ve given us and keep up the great work.
There are a lot of things that it felt were barely touched, talked about, or explored. As to the chat, I honestly felt "that's it?". I really want to keep liking the inner circle, but with two people being idiots I'm not really a fan. The Gulf between Adelaide and everyone else is becoming enormous. The implications of gross people attracted to children, and the focus on our MC were disturbing. Nothing happens, and it even encourages downfalls but I feel a content disclaimer might be nice. With alk of that, I still really enjoyed the book. I'm curious about grandpa and what influenced his actions, and the super witch, while a short encounter, was fun. I enjoyed the psychological revenge, but the afterward was sad. Maybe I just like poor people better, making their punishment lack any appeal. I am looking forward to the next book, and I hope the author writes for a long time.
I’ve really enjoyed this series and was eager for this book to come out, and it was well worth the wait. Princess Adelheid kicks ass and takes names like never before. I love this magic world and the levels of power. Adelheid is truly a monster, but she’s still a small potato compared to the Emperor or Kartikeya! Even her father and brother are terrifying. Insane monsters are all over the place that can challenge her so that even though she’s OP, she’s a medium sized fish in a shark tank. I love the side characters, especially Matilda and Olga and I love new character Silber. The series is great because it isn’t afraid to kill off central characters and I love the vicious and mysterious antagonists of the Kartikeya and tons of nasty nobles and evil merchants and sell swords.
There is an interesting fantasy court intrigue story here though it is somewhat marred by moments of cringe inducing dialogue (“Matilda giggled” or pouts, we are talking about an adult knight that after everything still acts like a small child…) and actual editing notes with text pasted in the middle. What started as an interesting premise for a series feels a bit too much like a light novel at this point for my taste. We don’t have to jump forward in time but some more character growth / maturity would be nice to see in our characters especially after all the events they’ve been through so far. Additionally, some more sophisticated machinations by the stories antagonists would make the stakes higher and the payoff significantly more satisfying and meaningful. Instead of this, it feels as if the story is building up these antagonists only for them to make idiotic moves again adelheid that are easily countered.
What I genuinely enjoy thoroughly enjoy about isekais with royal succession involvement—it’s well executed intrigue and a scheming, borderline sociopathic to outright sociopathic protagonist who completely obliterates their opponents on a strategic level. Sure, an OP MC is great, but that’s not nearly half as interesting+satisfying as watching Adelheid just do her thing with her chess grandmaster political and business moves. Book 3 was a wild, crazy ride and I enjoyed ever my chapter, as always.
Nothing your going to truly like for one has some of the good character die but the author gotta do what author gotta do to keep the story interesting so I kept reading kept getting sad and bored I think kingdom building part for that dull feeling I had then more information on some of the major villains, but really they just seemed like idiots. The author only really surprises with the death scenes to keep me at all interested in this series.
Writer keeps the pace of the story moving while providing just enough detail to satisfy the imagination. The plot twists come fast, and politics are summarized without too much depth.
There's some kind of odd typo or formatting problem in the epilogue and bonus story which I found strange, because i didn't notice any issues in the main story.
Adelheid is the 7th Princess of the Empire. She is a beautiful young child who is often underestimated, which makes for entertaining scenes. Intrigue, political machinations, growth, and battle ensue. I like the action, intrigue, and humor. I look forward to the next book.
This was another fantastic addition to the series that I thoroughly enjoyed. The main character certainly made some headway, received some setbacks, and suffered some losses, but at the end she has become even more dangerous for her enemies. One thing I can say, is that I am certainly excited to see what happens next.
Adelheid is growing in power, prestige….and enemies. Some we knew of before, like her royal cousins Alexander and Antonia, some we will make by way of growing into her power like the Minister and others we will have to read book 4 to find out about more. I loved the character building done in this book and can’t wait to see more
This was obvious in its direction, but the choices made to get there were iffy. It felt very forced. The characters are acting more like caricatures and the story is suffering for it.
Addie is starting to really gather a power base even manages to remove a few rivals, and gaining allies. Really looking forward to y next book and how the war goes.
This story is actually moving at a faster pace than I expected. I love that. Even for cultivation, its extremely obvious that our MC is going to be supremely overpowered, wonderfulness! Can't wait for the next book.
Could be better. I don't know why everyone is suddenly betraying her. Sofia and Hyrja... Okay we don't know that Hyrja is doing anything had but secret clandestine meetings are hardly going to be something good.
I'm really hooked. The story is so good, but I'm worried the MC is going to be actually kinda evil instead of just ruthless. I hope Matilda can keep her in check. I'm excited to read the next book.
