1.5 stars rounded up, full Review on my blog!

spoilers ahead!!

I LOVE RH but this just.. didn't do it for me. I know this is a really short read, but was hoping for a little more plot and character development than what it offered. I'm so disappointed :(

I was ready to DNF this at 67 pages (42%), but I thought it's so short I might as well just continue.

This had a strong start, with a decent starting plot which has a lot of potential but quickly went downhill after the first 20 pages.

We get a decent background of why she's in Edinburgh, about her job, how she rented this room that has no furniture, etc. But when she goes down to the MMC's bar the insta-love hits. At this point, it's just smut, and nothing more.

Georgia was in Edinburgh, for only 10 days, and they all fell in love with each other in literally 2 seconds.

4% into this and insta-love:

My gaze snags on the sexiest smile of what I can say is the hottest piece of man I’ve ever seen, who is staring at me. Dark blond hair, inky blue eyes, tall and lithe and a smile that could light up Jupiter and Mars combined. Like a moth to a flame or Pythagorean to a theorem, I have to get closer. Is he rocking a twelve-pack underneath that vintage Elvis T-shirt? Hello, he’s wearing an Elvis T-shirt? Like magnets, we move toward each other. I swear this man is made for me. I make it to the front of the bar, and stop dead. Man magic stands in front of me.

some parts were kinda funny (in a weird way):

If my balls could sing, they’d be in the Hallelujah chorus right now.

and some parts gave me the ick:

“I’m going to come,” she gasps, her mouth leaving mine. “That’s the plan.”

“That’s the plan.” yuck, yuck, yuck!

and by the 8th, maybe 9th day she's in Scotland:

“We’ve fallen for you, Angel. Each in our own way. You brighten my world. When you smile, my universe lights up. When you’re at work, all I can think about is you walking through my pub door with your gorgeous smile, and when you do, whatever shit day I’ve had falls away, and it’s just you and me."

Also, the fact she is pregnant and MARRIED to one of them after 3 months... anyways...

I don't think there's much more I can say other than, that it had a strong start then it was just ruined by tons of smut.

If you just want a short smutty RH book then this would be perfect for you!

But if you want something with a plot and any type of character development, I suggest passing on this one.

why give a plot at the beginning if you're not going to continue it and ruin it with smut lmfao

Okay I'll give it to you straight, this is plain ass smut. No plot. So there is not much to review here, lol.
But if you are in the mood for that, definitely check this one out!

Bonus 1: It's a super quick read.
Bonus 2: The cover is so pretty.

“She’s my castle in the sky, and it’s fucking killing me.”

Making Her Theirs is a great, short novella if you’re looking for something with a little plot, and a lot of spice.

The story begins with Georgia Henry arriving in Scotland on a work trip. Her apartment rental just happens to be above a popular bar owned by three gorgeous brothers who have their eye on her from the moment she walks into their bar. Things quickly heat up and after ten days of bliss she has to decide what to do with herself and the feelings she’s developed for all of the brothers.

I really hope the author makes her next book longer, with the plot and characters a little more fleshed out. I think that’s the only thing that stopped me from being more invested in the story and characters in this one. From the sneak peek, I think I may enjoy Killian’s story more than Georgias. 👀

Thank you Innes Field LLC & goodreads for me winning this ARC.
This short story is mostly erotica with a small plot.

I did enjoy learning about these 3 brothers.
Knox is the oldest, he’s dominating, protective and the head of the family. His parents left him and his brothers as soon as he turned 18 so he was the one to raise his brothers.
Finn is the middle brother, he’s fun-loving and happy- go- lucky.
Lachlan is serious and so intense.

Georgia arrives in Scotland and meets 3 sexy and gorgeous brothers who have an instant connection with her. Unfortunately, for me to be in love in 5 days and in 10 days with all 3 Umm just not realistic and many questions in the end, BUT... it's a book so anything can happen.

3.5 stars rounded up for those who love hot and sexy Scottish men!!

Quick read. Light on the plot and character development. And lots of cheese and smut.

Not for me, but maybe enjoyable to others.

Thank you Netgalley & Innes Field LLC for the ARC! let me first off state that i think with some tweaks to the story i would definitely re-read this and probably give it a 4 or 5 star review! but there's several critiques and major plot points that i think need changed. also this is set to be a series, but this was only 157 pages and was such a quick read it is definitely more of a novella and not marketed that way. maybe she's going to add a lot more to this story and lengthen it but right now it was waaay too short. she is supposedly falling in love with three very different men all in the span of 1o days? they all tell her they love her on day 5. WHAT. the conversations between her and all of them are really good, but way too short. there is so much trauma and hard topics discussed but it's only a few sentences. this story should have been set over a long stretch of time like 6 months of training for a new job or something. and each chapter should've been a way deeper dive into the relationships and conversations that they were having.

Let’s be honest, this is smut with a dash of plot. And you know what, sometimes that’s what the heart wants! This definitely won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but’s it’s someone’s. I think some of the logistics of the spicy scenes didn’t make anatomical sense or weren’t entirely realistic, but for the most part they were enjoyable to read. I think the timeline also could have been improved. 9-10 days is not nearly enough time for these characters to fall madly in love. The author could have kept the book the same length but maybe had some time skips so the love felt more authentic and believable. This was a quick read and I would read more from this author. For her first RH, this was a solid start!

This one just wasn’t for me. I love me a why choose romance, but Making Her Theirs is so short which does make for a quick read, but it’s quite the whirlwind. I would have liked a little more plot in there with all the sex. I’m also not one who likes a surprise pregnancy, so there’s that.

Look, I'm very easy to please when it comes to smut/erotica. Was this book far-fetched? Yes. Was it original? No. Did I enjoy it? Absolutely.

Arriving in Edinburgh for 10 days to cement her place for an upcoming promotion back in Texas, Georgia runs into three brothers. What follows is a why-choose reverse harem love-fest.

I approached Making Her Theirs with little to no expectations and that definitely went in my favour. This book is more on the novella side when it comes to length (but isn't marketed that way for some reason?. So really getting to know the characters to the depth that is expected is just not possible with the length that this book is. We did get to know each of the characters based on surface level interests, but not much deeper than that. The plot is light, but still enjoyable. There wasn't any big climax to resolve so it was a light and enjoyable read.

When it comes to the characters, some of the dialogue was a little cringe and the Scottish boys calling Maths "math" kind of annoyed me as in the UK it's called maths, but I looked past that. One thing I really loved about this book was that Georgia was so comfortable in her sexuality and what she wanted. There was no "I shouldn't have done that", "why am I like this" type of inner monologue which is something I don't see too often in books that I really appreciated. The brothers' were all loveable in their own way, I'm glad it was why choose because I couldn't have chosen!

I do wish this book was longer so we COULD get to know each of the characters and really connect with the story a little more. But on the overall, it was enjoyable. I finished it in around 2 hours.

Arriving in Scotland for a long strived for promotion, George immediately meets the three handsome brother and the sparks rapidly escalate. Each brother answers a particular need within her. What will happen when she had to go back home? Can this fantasy continue? Story is a quick read. Light on plot and character development, and heavy on the heat in this reverse harem story. Thanks to netgalley for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

The smut is smutting. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this.

This was honestly 95% smut and thats not really my cup of tea. There was some backstory to the characters which I liked, but this one was really fast phased. If you are wanting mostly smut, this definitely is the book for you.

Lachlan is definitely a guy I would like to get to know tho!

Quick read if you enjoy a reverse harem.

Thank you NetGalley and Innes Field LLC for granting me access to this book.

This is a quick and fun read for me. A lot of spice (as early as chapter 3) and an easy plot.

We have our FMC who is traveling for her work for 10 days met 3 brothers with varying personalities and damage past. They all click together.

This is a fast paced book and I enjoy reading it.

Did I read this whole book in one sitting? Yes.
Did I fall in love with these three man? Perhaps a little.

I’m no stranger to RH romances and even though this one in particular shook me a little since it’s about three brothers, I still think it was a pretty decent read.

The book barely has a plot. So if you’re into hot and dirty mouthed men that can’t seem to get enough of their woman, this is your thing.

I appreciate the effort the author put into making each MMC bond with the FMC, but I’m still not entirely sold on how fast their relationship evolved. Though it’s not like I could expect much when they practically fck her in an alley the second the met her.

Overall, this was an extremely easy read (for the most part. The Scottish English still has me a little confused lol) that had me reaching for the A/C remote in more than one occasion. I would recommend this book for people who are looking for something short and steamy.

It's smut. And as smut, it is fine at being what it is.

Premise: American girl (Georgia) goes to Scotland for short term job reasons. She rents a flat above a pub that three hot Scottish brothers (Knox, Finn, and Lachlan) own and operate. Within the first 12% of the book, she's being finger-fucked on a packed dancefloor by a guy she's known for about five minutes. Two minutes after that, she's with two of the brothers in an alley. Fifteen minutes after that she is sleeping with the third brother.

The author attempts to spin a story that shows why the reverse harem seems to work and why each "couple" seems to complete each other, and its ok I suppose, but not really necessary. The reasons are fine, but honestly, if you're reading smut, I don't think anyone is really thinking about the story behind it.

This is a fast read...Novella length. It ends with an HEA which I have a hard time thinking the Texas father would be cool with, but hey, what do I know. Some of the verbiage is repetitive, describing Knox as the protector, Finn as the easy going one, Lachlan as the adoring poetic one...it must have been stated a half-dozen times in this very short book.

The smut was fine, repetitive towards the end, and honestly for basic health reasons, a little unbelievable that no one wears condoms, and that Georgia doesn't end up with some form of infection due to the anal/vaginal/oral sex combo. Basic sex-ed for readers who don't know: take proper precautions when going from anal to vaginal sex...I would be astounded if Georgia didn't need to take a round of antibiotics after that encounter.

All and all, it's fine. A quick read with some cute Scottish lads. Don't think I'll read the next book which will most likely include another male trio and Georgia's friend Darcie...not enough substance to want a refresh.

Btw, if you hate the pregnancy trope, skip.

Thank you to #NetGalley for providing this ARC, for which I promised to give an honest review.

What. Was. That.

Imma be honest with you, this one right here is 10% plot, 90% smut.
Did I hate it ? No.
Did a like it ? Haaaa, kinda yeah.

It promised spice, it delivered spice.
BUT, the true ADHD woman I am, the one who’s always stuck on some facts and just can’t move from them, who will focus on one detail and will spend the whole book being triggered by it, couldn’t wrap her head around the fact that they are brothers, thus, they spend their whole time getting freaky together with the same woman, THUS THEY OBVIOUSLY SEE/TOUCH THEIR BROTHER’S GENITALIA.
This bothered me to no end.
I knew from the start so I could have stopped.
I didn’t, because I was curious.

Oh and I quickly got annoyed at the way the FMC keeps describing the brothers, because it’s just always the same, every 5 to 10 pages, we get something along the lines of « Finn is my sunshine, je makes me warm, je makes me smile and laugh, Knox is the protector, the dominator… » yadi yadi please come on.

SPOILERS FOR A SPECIFIC EVENT IN THE END.

And please, for the love of all that’s holy, stop it with pregnancies. Because I have so many questions now, on who will be the official father, how they will explain this to everyone, and also, I hate surprise pregnancies/pregnancy trope.

Womp, womp, womp. Trying to get through my TBR list and saw this one on KU.

Sit down and buckle up because we are traveling to rant city FILLED WITH SPOILERS.

What I didn’t like—seriously almost all of this will be a spoiler so…yuh proceed at your own peril:

📆 If I was willing to give up my dream home and move countries after 10 days with 3 men, please give me a lobotomy or institutionalize me.
💍 Getting married after only a few months?!
🚽 One scene definitely would have caused Georgia to need a doctor appointment right after.
👶🏻 Unexpected pregnancy trope
😾 She has a cat being watched by her mom…but she said her mom was busy filling her house with lilies….???? Do you want to come back to a house with a dead cat????? LILIES KILL CATS. Do not bring lilies into your home or allow other people to.
🌶️ Almost all spice. A little bit of a plot, but not built up much. If that’s what you’re looking for though, you will enjoy this one!

🌹The spice was spicy, but it needed more buildup and background for all of the characters. An additional 20-30 pages could have done the trick to increase this star rating. Oh, and making the lilies a cat friendly flower like roses. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Georgia Henry is on a 10 day work assignment in Edinburgh, Scotland when she find three drop dead gorgeous brothers. Her first night in the new city has led her to a bar where she finds the brothers with her only intent of having fun while in town. When hearts start to get attached what will Georgia do? The brothers own that bar and have sworn off love, so when they see her from the first time, they also just wanted some fun. But can they deny Georgia’s effects she has on them?

Georgia, a math lover has been told she’s not enough despite being tall, beautiful, and smart. Can she find what her heart and body has always desired in these men?

Knox, the eldest brother, is the serious one. He keeps the family together and safe and never lets his guard down. Can he learn to let go and trust his heart to let love in?

Finn, the middle brother, is happy go lucky and always up for a good time with the ladies. He’s always the brother that cheers everyone up on cloudy days, but can he settle down enough to see what’s in front of him in time?

Lachlan, the youngest brother, is the silent busy body who always does good for everyone else. He hides his sweet and sensitive side behind busy tasks. Can he let go of the built-up tension and ask for what he wants?

Will all the characters heal their hearts in order to be together?

Making Her Theirs by Lil Manning is devastatingly perfect. I love the insecurities and relatable trauma all the characters have. The book is sweet and sexy. All I wanted to do is jump into the book and live in it forever. I guess now I must book a ticket to Scotland to find my own Knox, Finn, and Lachlan.

Lachlan stole my heart away and had an immediate connection to, he now on my book boyfriend list. I gave this book a 5 out of 5 stars. I will be reading her other work. The only thing I didn’t like is that I wanted it to be longer because I didn’t want it to end.

I LOVED this Book.

Georgia is in Scotland for a business trip. She has given up on finding love because she can never be satisfied. She has sacrificed her happiness for others, but all the men she has tried to love still leave her even when she molds herself to be everything they wish for.

Things change when she meets three brothers on her first night in town that flip her world upside down. Knox is a brooding male, Finn lights up a room with his smiles, and Lachlan is thoughtful. The brothers show her what it means to be heard, loved, and cared for unconditionally.

The clear communication had me on my knees from the beginning. I was captivated by the story. It had my attention from the start, and it was never released. I was invested in the story, and the fact we had no 3rd act break-up made me so happy!

This book opens strongly with a self-possessed, confident Texan-bred female lead who is certain what she wants in terms of sexual fulfillment, and three somewhat distinct Scots brothers who have an immediate and powerful connection to her right out of the gate. I enjoyed a great deal of this book, yet it was a bit lacking in depth in several places, as well as continuity re. the brothers’ distinct talents and personalities. There is a lack also of what precisely it is about this FMC which makes the brothers drawn to her as in a til death us do part sense. (as an aside, the Elvis puns were beyond cheesy, imho)
Lastly, as much as I hate to say it, the sex scenes became increasingly repetitive and a bit boring; I found myself skimming rather than savoring them.
For those reasons, I’ve given this book a 3-star rating.

Book 300 of the year.

Oh boy.

Well I liked the idea of this I wasn't sold on it. The three month later part was really where I was lost in it all. I also wish they were friends and not brothers.

The FMC felt like she had no substance. All I really got out of her was that she was good at math? (Maybe?) and she had never been in a relationship where she felt anything? And she was obsessed with her mom.

Also the naming of the toys. Hemmy. Hated that a lot. Was not for me.

This follows the reverse harem trope where you have your alpha leader, fun boy, and the quiet one who needs her the most. I get that this is what all the other books are but it could have been a bit more substance in all the characters. Oddly enough the most interesting seemed like Darcie and Killian who are both extreme minor characters in this (though they'll probably get their own book)

Two pages into this book, I almost DNFed it.

There’s not much of a plot, just a lot of sexy time with three “hot” brothers (which is not my kink, but to each their own). The timeline moves unrealistically fast and in my opinion does too much. It would have made more sense in my opinion if the MC was there for a 10 day vacation rather than a 10 day job share.

Honestly, if you go in just for the SMUT you’ll probably enjoy this first book by this author. If you’re looking for a romance novel with a strong plot look elsewhere.

First and foremost thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to give my honest feedback for this ARC.

This was a rough one to finish and I was thanking ‘Jaysus’ that is was a very quick read… I don’t think I would have made it through if it was any longer.

The good: the spice was HOT! and there’s lots and lots and lots of it. Lots!

The bad: the characters all gave me the creeps and the unrealistic s*x acts and romance (if you wanna call it that) made me roll my eyes. Had this been written as a day dream, I would’ve maybe been more into it.

I don´t have much to say about this book.
It was all spice and no plot and I´m sure it´s what many are looking for, but I´m not one of that people.

The FMC doesn´t for any connection whatsoever with two of the guys before sayin she is in love with them.
I understand Lechlan a little more than Knox an Finn but still...
Also didn´t love that they were three brothers. Mummy issues much?

I don´t know what to say more about this book tbh.
so Thank you NetGalley, but this was a no for me

What does this book have?
Sexy Irish men? Yep
A sassy southern woman as the mc? Yep
Reverse Harem? Yep
HEA? Yep

This book is a great short read. The guys in the book all grew a little but Georgia was already a confident woman who knew what she wanted. This book was fun and I would love to read more from the series. I think for me this was a great novella style book.

Okay so this books was a lot. Heavy on the romance aspect, not much plot. I will admit some of this story was cringe, and sometimes-no most of the time- the romance was too much for me lol. I would like to try her contemporary romances, because I honestly think they're not as spicy as this book or at least I'm hoping they aren't lol. Thank you again Lily Manning and NetGalley.

This is a short read, but I think it is too short, making it mostly just a raunchy type read. If that was the sole purpose than it succeeded on that front.

While the premise was interesting, I wanted more character development and more build up in getting to know each of the men. I felt like it was more like just telling us their personality types without really letting them develop through their voices and actions.

I think I needed more of a balance of plot and steamy scenes to have it more enjoyable.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me a copy of this ARC for my honest review.

If you’re going to read this book for the story, don’t. but if you’re going to read it for the spice??? DO IT. Maybe I’m biased because I love a good Scotsman, but I was obsessed with the reverse harem aspect of this. Three Scots all at once? Count me in. The erotica was juicy and often, and fairly well written, definitely a one handed read.

This was a super quick read!

A LOT of spice and a little plot.

The FMC has been given a promotion, but has to travel to Edinburgh from Texas for a short trip. She meets 3 brothers who fall into lust/love with her.. and I’ll let you guess the rest 😏! If you like a lot of spice then I definitely recommend giving this a read.
