I completely fell in love with the first novella of this series, so to say I was looking forward to this one was an understatement! I couldn't wait to get my hands on it, so when I was given an ARC, I squealed! Maybe more than I did when I got my ARC of the first novella lol! The plot of this novella was continued on from where the last one stopped and I loved it! It was continued on brilliantly and continued Dane and Korah's story on perfectly! The plot had me hooked, but I personally wasn't as hooked on it as much as I was the first novella's plot! I still loved it though and it really fuelled the plot development and left me guessing to what could happen in the next novellas and how the plot could progress further! The characters were again amazing! They were also developed on very well from the first novella as well! Dane was again the main male character and again he was pretty, damn hot! It was amazing to get to see his feelings for his love interest develop more, but he was still a man-whore! I thought he might have learned by not, but obviously not lol! I'm hoping that as these novellas continue that he'll realise that his feelings for Korah outweigh his sexual relationships with other women! I know they will though because of how smitten he is with her! Korah was again the main female character and in this book she was still amazing, but I felt that I didn't connect with her as much as I did in the first novella! This novella was more Dane's though, so I think that's why! I have also been told from the author that the next novella goes back to focusing more on Korah again, which I can't wait for! She's such an interesting character and I can't wait to get back inside her head! I did still love Korah in this novella, but she wasn't in it a lot and I don't think any of it was written from her point of view, so it was a bit harder to connect with her! She's still amazing though and it was interesting to see how Dane saw her after what happened in the first novella! I'm SO excited to read the next novella in this series! Especially after the ending to this one! It was quite the cliff-hanger and it has left me desperate for the next one! I can't wait to find out what's going to happen next! I think I'm going to be like this with all these novellas lol! They're so amazing though! I love the cover for this novella! I love the covers for all the series too be honest! They're all stunning and definitely suit the stories behind them! Big thank you to Felicia for an ARC of Unveiled Ties!

Unveiled Ties is the second novelette in the Intoxicating Passion series.
I enjoyed it.
Felicia did a wonderful job writing the next half of this story.
Dane is a college playboy or man whore is more like it, who can’t stop thinking about Korah. His mind keeps replaying that sexy night when his frat house had the masquerade party where he and Korah, concealed behind their costumes, got pretty hot and heavy in his room. She bailed on him before they revealed their true identity, and now he’s determined to find out who she is.
Korah is ashamed of her behavior on that Halloween night and internally berates herself for acting like a slut. She has issues with guys, because her last relationship stung her hard. She wants nothing to do with them, but can’t fathom why she would allow her hormones for a complete stranger override her sense of reason. She finally decides to move on and concentrate on her studies.
When Dane enters the first day of biology class, he scopes out the other students, determined to pick the right lab partner for the semester—until the TA addresses the class. He tells them he has a seating chart, and he’ll be setting up the partners. Dane groans along with the rest of the class. He silently curses the TA and takes the seat assigned to him. He hears his partner is named Korah Daniels. She’s not there, and he’s already thinking how lame she is and it’s just his luck to end up with a partner who doesn’t bother to come to class because it’s beneath them. But his whole attitude changes when Korah shows up and takes a seat beside him.
It’s the girl who has been occupying his every thought. He knows it, but she doesn’t.
Korah wonders why her lab partner keeps staring at her and why she is stuck with a creeper. She can’t deny how hot he is, but already deduced by her close observation that he’s a player and a ladies man who can charm the pants off of even the prudish of them all. She starts to dread this semester even more.
Later on, Dane confesses and tells her who he is and things get even more interesting from there.
Felicia leaves the reader hanging and wanting more at the end of this second half of Intoxicated Passions series. I’m looking forward to finding out what happens after Dane does something that makes me want to shake some sense into him.

The Intoxicating Passions Box set is the complete serial series. It has all five serial/novella parts to the Intoxicating Passions series. This is the only way I like to read serials. I like it when they are all boxed up together in an ebook so that I can read them all together one right after another. It is nice because they are so short that when I read them all back to back they are like reading a full length novel. I thought the story parts were divided nicely. Each one had a good kind of cresendo ending, and they each made me want to continue on to the next part.

This is the story of Korah and Dane. Korah has been hurt in the past very badly by an ex boyfriend and because of that she is very distrustful of guys. Dane is the typical love em and leave guy. One night at a time. I liked how we got to know each of the characters a little before they even met each other. That was nice because when they did meet, I already cared about Korah. As for Dane, getting a little background on the kind of guy he was helped so me all of the character growth that he eventually had. His growth and development was not instantaneous by any means. He still messed up along the way, and some of his actions were a bit frustrating to me, but you can’t help but have him grow on you a little. Korah didn’t make it super easy for him either. She held him accountable for his choices, just as she should have.

The story is told in Dual narrative between Dane and Korah. It was perfect for plot development of the story. I like it when we see the same story growing from the guy and the girl. It is always fun for me to get into a guys head and poke around a bit. Overall, intoxicating passions is a fun love story told in short little serial bits. They are like watching 30 min tv show episodes of the two of them. It is a good instant gratification type book. One that I enjoyed and was a quick read.

This follow up to Masked Encounters was great!! I love these short novellas. My only complaint is that they leave me wanting more. I guess that really isn't a bad thing though. Dane wants desperately to find the Angel Eyes that has run away from him. He wants to know who she is and get to know her. He hasn't wanted to get to know a girl in a long time, so this is very disturbing to even him. Even in attempts with other girls, he can't get her out of his mind. Korah can't believe what happened and she just wants to move forward as if it didn't happen. She couldn't get the masked Zorro out of her head either though. Dane hoped that classes starting would increase his chances of running into the Angel. After the first half of the day was a bust, he was losing hope of finding her. An unplanned pairing in biology made the situation much more interesting. Both characters would come together again and be forced to spend time together. Both were still reeling from the frat party and their desire for each other. The story gets more complicated and again, I am left waiting for more!! In such a good way though. Again, Korah and Dane are very relatable characters and the circumstances are as well. I can't wait to read more about them!!

**4.5 Well-Deserved Stars**

Felicia Tatum does it again with Unveiled Ties, the continuation of Dane and Korah's story. I thought this was an excellent addition to the series.

This novella was quite well written. Dare I say, even better written than the first one. We get to see more of the same characters we loved from the first book. It was interesting and flowed nicely. It was a very fast read, less than 50 pages, so you have plenty of time to fit it in while you're cooking dinner or waiting for your kids at the bus stop.

While I didn't find myself liking Dane's character any more in this book than I did in the last, I did gain a little more respect for Korah' s character, though she does seem to have a bit of a self control problem. And the ending... fantastic! Felicia Tatum couldn't have ended this one any better if she had tried. Now I MUST read the next one to see what happens.

I highly recommend this novella to any fans of the series or to anyone who enjoys a good fast story that will grab them from the first page and not let them go until the very end.

This is the second book in this series and it leaves you wanting more! It was a great read with awesome characters in real life situations. I love the way the author writes and enjoyed the risqué sex scenes. This is a book that you'll love and not want to put downIn this installment Korah is wondering about the guy she had the amazing one night stand with. She is also shocked, embarrassed and scared to run into the guy again. Dane can't stop thinking about Korah, the sweet angel from the party. He see's her everywhere and can't get her out of his head. What happens when Korah realizes who she really slept with that night? Will Dane be his typical self and act like she was just another girl or will he admit he's feeling differently than he has in a long time....and falling for that mysterious girl.!

Veiled Ties by Felicia Tatum is the second in the Intoxicating Passion five part novella series of books.

Dane Davidson is haunted by Korah and his feelings for her as he normally feels nothing for a woman. Korah is wondering why on earth she let it all go so far and she wonders why she behaved it such a way. They meet in a biology class and are lab partners. Dane has figured out who Korah is and Korah is wondering why her new lab partner is so creepy. Dane tells her who he is and Korah cannot deny her feelings for him. There is more but I don't want to spoil it so I will leave it there.

This novella left me wanting more and so I dived straight into the third in the series. I absolutely loved this novella and would thoroughly recommend it and as such I gave this novella five stars.

This is the second book in this short story series and it just continues to suck you into the story of Korah and Dane. In this book Dane is still being a player but is haunted by memories of his "Angel Eyes" (Korah) he is liking for her all over campus with no luck. Korah is doing her best to forget her one night of acting so out of normal for her, but is still plagued with the memories of Zorro (Dane). When they both happen to be put together as lab partners Dane is excited and nervous while Korah is just clueless. When Dane reveals what he knows, things get more complicated for them both. This book ends with me being a little on edge to find out what happens next, but I have no doubt it will be worth the wait.

Unveiled Ties is the second installment of the Intoxicating Passion series. I seriously loved this one! Dane is still on the search for his “Masked Angel”. Once again Felicia leaves you hanging I should know this by now! My only issue is that it isn’t long enough I get all involved then BAM it’s all over and I’m left guessing. I love Felicia’s writing I know I have said this before but she has a way of drawing you in even though it only 26 pages! I cannot wait for the next one! Bring it on already!!

I love the concept of this novella series! In a way it's frustrating (in a good way, as in I want more!) that it ends so soon, but in another way that's what makes it awesome! I can read this on a lunch break and not have to be interrupted and I LOVE that. These characters are fantastic. Korah is a strong woman who wants to be respected. Dane is a sexy playboy who is confused but elated over his feelings for this girl. I got to the end and was like..NO!! I need more! Can't wait for the next installment! Quick, easy, sexy read!

This is another one book by Felicia Tatum that I can say I enjoyed. It definitely is leaving me wanting more. The next one can't come out soon enough.

Dane keeps thinking of his mystery woman from the Halloween party. He looks all over campus for her and never finds hers.

Korah is trying to forget her mystery man because she still can't believe that she did what she did with him.

Then, the two of them collide in the most unexpected place. Bio lab.

Dane desperately wants to prove to Korah that he can change for her. But can he really?

I was gifted this book for an honest review. There is so much I want to say. I love Dane and his smexxy ways. You can tell he is fighting with himself big time. There's a girl he can't get out of his head no matter how many women he use to fill the void of her.

Then there is Korah she thinks about her mystery mask man and even dreams about him but still swears off men.

Then she goes to biology class and meets Mr charming himself. When secrets are revealed will she want him or still swear off men. I can't wait to find out what happens next.

Felicia really knows how to build the right amount of suspense, and story. So far, each of these shorts has given the reader just enough to tease, and want more. Korah and Dane are both fully fleshed characters, each with their own demons. This isn't just your average boy-meets-girl story, full of tropes. Both characters have much to learn before this series ends. Can't wait to see where she takes it!

Korah and Dane's story continues in this second installment of the Intoxicating Passion series. Tatum ups the ante in this one and reveals more to both the characters and the reader. She gives us just enough to draw us into the story a little more and, in my case, to become a little more invested in the characters. There's just something about the sexy bad boy that actually has a heart. Can't wait for Daring Dane!

Korah is cursed I swear it. That poor girl has been through so much and has the worst luck with guys. Her roommate doesn't help with that either since she is constantly setting her up on blind dates with fear boys that are after one thing only. Poor Dane, it sucks that he had to experience love gone wrong at such a young age. It turned him into a cold hearted manwhore. These two are so meant for each other. I can't wait to reading more of their story. Warning: This ends in a cliffhanger!!!

Very short story that leaves you wondering what happens. Two people meet at a masked Halloween party, are drawn to one another but know they won't ever see each other again. Surprise, they meet again and have hot sex. Poof, he's gone. I hope this is a series because I found it interesting but there was not enough of it.

This was a wonderful start to the 'Intoxicating Passion' series, and it drew me in so that I just had to go and buy the box set with the rest of the series. I loved the characters we were introduced to in this book and I just had to know what happened to them in the next book as I really came to care for them in such a short space of time.
