College, for most girls, comes with a rite of passage to make mistakes, to live fearlessly, and to experience the real world while not under a microscope. Most girls don’t have to worry about having their every move scrutinized, criticized, and worst of all, publicized. As the only child of the governor of South Carolina and potential US Presidential candidate, Charlotte Maryland Baker is not granted the luxury of the typical college experience.

Tyler Stone lives for baseball and everything that comes with it. The only place he feels he matters is on the pitching mound, and his stats prove he’s an exceptional player. Without the distraction of dating or making friends, he can concentrate on the one thing that makes him feel complete – Baseball.

Opposites attract, or so they say, but what WILL happen when these two opposites collide?

For my first Felicia Lynn book I was definitely NOT disappointed. I loved this story so hard. Charlie and Ty were so stinking perfect, I can't even begin to express my words for the two of them.

Love's Learning Curve was such a beautiful story. Everything from Ty taking care of Charlie, listening to her vent, and the state fair; Ty found a way to sneak his way into Charlie's and our heart. That boy was literally everything! Charlie was one tenacious girl! She had a lot to deal with.

The ending of course killed me. I needed more answers like yesterday! I definitely can't wait to read Felicia's other work!

Loves Learning Curve is the latest release from Felicia Lynn. At this time, it's a standalone. It's also my first book by Felicia and won't be my last!

Tyler is the hotshot baseball player, Charlotte is the bookworm do-gooder. It's a common scenario, but Felicia made it fresh and fun. Tyler has an instant attraction to Charlotte. He's never been a relationship guy and wants to try for her. Charlotte has never even had a kiss before, let alone a boyfriend. It's all new for both of them and they come from opposite ends of the spectrum to try to make it work.

I feel that I would have given more stars to Love's Learning Curve if I'd gotten more of Tyler's backstory. I'm hoping that we get more answers from the next book Felicia releases. It just left me wanting a lot more from his side of things. We know so much about Charlotte and her horrible family but nothing from Tyler.

I enjoyed LLC and can't wait for more from Felicia! This has turned me on to her writing and I'll be one-clicking more from her sooner than later.

This book was so sweet i just adored Tyler & Charlie they have a connection from the moment they meet and it just grows it gives Charlie the confidence to live her life for her and not others and it makes Tyler realize he can have Charlie as well as baseball.

"Captivated. Struck. Hypnotized. Whatever the fuck you want to call it. I don't want to fuck this up because I'm spellbound to some sort of witchcraft. Not a single part of me doesn't want more of you - more from you - all of you. You're my game changer."

I just didn't want to put this book down i didn't know whether to savor or devour each word, i was either reading too fast or not fast enough and before i knew it it had ended leaving me wanting more so i'm going to need more from Tyler & Charlie ASAP!!

I am not sure how to rate this book. First half of the book I was so into the story I couldn't put it down. I loved characters. I fell for Charlotte and Tyler, and I was rooting for them all through the book. But I had to have more. I needed more of Tylers back story and the ending felt like it was rushed, just dropped and unfinished. Yes, I know there is second book and I really hope in the second book I'll find everything I felt missing in this book and I'll get all the answers, because... ugh.. last 100 pages left me feeling a little bit cheated. But I still have hope for redemption.

Charlotte and Tyler are total opposites. She lives a very sheltered life and is on the straight and narrow. Her parents control her life even while in college. As a presidential nominees daughter, her life is in the spotlight and is selected, controlled by her mommy dearest. She can't defy her parents. Her nose is in a book, syllabus triple checked and papers done ahead of time. But in reality, Charlotte wants to live and be free. But she doubts herself if she can do this with "The Tyler Stone"

Tyler is the college hot shot baseball player that all the MLB teams want. But his life was rough growing up and very hard to show a different side of him for loving someone else. He can easily pick up girls but Charlotte has him captivated. But "she is the first girl who ever made me question everything".

"He thinks this is a date is just for adventure for me, but he's wrong, Tyler Stone is my adventure". Charlie sees a different side is Tyler. She gets his genuine trademark side-smile and winks.

Charlie is Tyler's game changer. Touching her calms him. She is his witchcraft.

"You're worthy of a happy life. It's a birthright. Let's make some happy memories". Everyone deserves to be happy. If your not happy, change it. You have one life. I loved Charlotte and Tyler. The dynamic of both of them, the love, and the determination to make their relationship strong. The only slight negative I had was the ending between Charlotte and her family. Left me questioning if their was more to the story. But that's my opinion

Whoa. This book blew me away. Felicia Lynn is a new author to me. Although I've followed her Facebook page for a little while I had yet to read one of her books. So this was my first one. I have to say that while the cover was originally what caught my eye it was the synopsis that pulled me in.

I'm not necessarily a sports fan but I love baseball! Growing up in Pittsburgh we didn't have a great baseball team for a really long time but that didn't stop me from loving the experience of going to a baseball game. I loved that you could tell this author knew her stuff when it came to the game.

Tyler and Charlotte's amazing chemistry is what really grabbed me. Their emotions and relationship is one that makes you sigh with happiness. They had that fun type of laugh out loud with each other relationship. One thing I have to give major props to the author for is that she didn't paint sororities in a negative tone. Charlotte and her friends are just seems as college girls and I love that.

I'm so happy I read this book and I can't wait to read her other books.

I absolutely fell in love with Tyler and Charlotte! I didn't want the story to end and I can't wait to see what else Felicia has in store for these two!

The story starts out a little slow but quickly flows into the main storyline and doesn't let you go until the very end. Charlotte is very relatable in many ways, but mainly her studious and non party ways. Seeing her embrace herself and learn to let go and enjoy life was awesome and completely thanks to Tyler.

It is amazing how one person can change so much for another without even realizing the impact that they have. That is what I feel Tyler and Charlotte do for each other and that in itself makes them a strongly bonded couple. I love how someone so detached as Tyler could come to be so possessive and protective of Charlotte and not think twice about it.

The curveballs, ha ha see what I did there, in this book were awesome and I felt were a surprise and didn't see coming. I love that and the emotion it brought out was that of what Charlotte was feeling as well. Can't wait to see what is to come!

This book renewed my love of YA!! I normally shy away from YA because I find them to be somewhat immature. I have had it on my TBR for awhile; however, when I met the author Felicia Lynn at Indies Invade Philly 2016 she totally convinced me that I needed to read this book before reading the next book yet to released.

I LOVED this book even though there were many things about Charlotte that I just wanted to jump into the book and smack her. Tyler was a great guy character that was sexy, funny and troubled all on his own. The villain(s) are SOOOO BAD!! I hated them soooo much!!!

I love a good sports romance and now I have a new favourite.

I really feel for Charlotte during this book, she has so many struggles and fears in her personal life. When she meets Tyler for the first time and we see a little bit of the real her and the fire she has within, it was definitely a high point for me.

The chemistry between Tyler and Charlotte is epic, they make each other better people.

I applaud Felicia on this book, It was my first read of hers but it will certainly not be my last, I was hooked from page one.

When Felicia Lynn said there would be more of this series, I was conflicted If there is more that means they will have to face some sort of hurdle and I want them happy. But then I loved this so much that I want more of them.

The cover for this book drew me in. After a good start to the book, I found myself wondering why we were spending so much time in the characters' heads instead of them having actual conversations. I think if there were more conversations between Charlotte and her horrid mother, Charlotte and Morgan and even Charlotte and Tyler, it would have been a different story. I would have felt more engaged with the characters. More invested. Instead, I was left wondering how we'd gotten to the end of the story without believing the relationship between the characters.

This is my first book from this Author and it won't be my last.. I read this book in one sitting and it was definitely worth it.. the characters and the story sucked me in from page one and I kept cruising for more.. I really fell bad for the characters at the points where the story got complicated, but the author resolved the issues gracefully giving me the HEA that I craved! Definitely it makes the title worth it because love is indeed a learning curve

I think I have a crush and his name is Tyler!
It was an amazing NA Sport Romance. I smiled, I swooned and this story made my heart race.
Tyler and Charlotte stole my heart.

I was hooked from the start! When Charlotte the planned girl with no control over her life, due to her father and his political career, met Tyler, the infamous baseball player, sparks will fly! An intense and deep connexion for these two opposites.

A coming of age story, so emotional at times with the perfect blend of sweetness, humor, witty banter but also hotness!

Charlotte was trapped into her life. Controlled and constantly watched, being the perfect girl was sometimes hard. Added to the verbal abuse of her mother’s and you knew that she was going to lost it. She was only acting when the others were living. Behind all this facade and walls she built to protect herself, one guy was more than ready to break all the rules.
Oh my … Tyler … Le sigh!

I was surprised by the character, so much more than the popular manwhore jock. His background, past made him a fighter, independent guy. His goal? Being the best in the game, only baseball. No distractions. When he crossed path with Charlotte, the shy and inexperienced girl when it came to college life, he was a goner, attracting and fascinated by her. She was the one who could calm him.

These two together??? Bloody hell! That’s definitely chemistry. I was up for a challenge and I loved reading about how with some persistence, Tyler was going to win over Charlotte. The road might be not easy, but these two made a perfect team!

Despite the lack of love with their parents, especially for Charlotte’s, I really liked how they could find their own, people who could protect them, when the ones who supposed to be, weren’t.

This slow burning romance was definitely igniting the fire! Not only it was more than electrifying but I enjoyed so much their banter. Their dynamic was awesome, they both became stronger together, fighting as a team. Of course there was drama, but just with the right amount for keeping me interested.

Love’s Learning Curve was a story full of raw emotions, about two opposites who collided in a beautiful way and became whole together. I was definitely rooting for the couple! Don't let your fears destroy you, just face them and stay true to yourself. I flowed this book!

Well, why does real life interfere with book reading.....

After a recommendation to give LLC a read, so I did! and let me tell you that if you want a YA book that's full of angst, love, fear, friendships, lies, deceit and self discovery then grab this, take yourself off and dive right into the glorious world of Charlotte and Tyler's world of discovery.

Charlotte, from a very privileged background, but hell-bent on living her life for herself and
Tyler the hotshot Jock, who has a reputation of being a player, both on and off the baseball field.

Charlotte has her BFF Morgan, who warns her off of Ty. Ty pretty much keeps himself to himself.

Oh my Charlotte's mother, a sorry excuse for a human being, who at every turn tried real hard to make Charlotte's life a misery.

Although its a sports romance story, it had a uniqueness about it, I felt Charlotte handled her private life quite well, maybe a bit misguided and although she came across as a bit of a doormat, she was not destined to remain that way forever. She was a very admirable young lady, and fortunately had a hidden network of people on her side. Ty brought out her strength and confidence greatly. She soon came to realise the true worth of her friends, and see them for what they really were. Not without making a mistake or two along the way. She jumped to a few unnecessary conclusions.

At the same time, Ty became a more thoughtful person, not just thinking about himself, he felt a very deep connection with Charlotte. He saw through the shield she put around herself. and became very protective of her once they got more involved. I loved how he stuck up for her.

I felt that her dad, didn't have any idea about her mothers behaviour and feel that there is more to them than we know.

The Taylor's who owned the George diner were fantastic, and really had her very best interests at heart, happy she had them as friends.

“She’s unleashed a need…A need that makes me question everything, including my future...A need for me to feel – to embrace, and…[…], to love.”

I was 10% into the book before I really started to get into it – mainly because the author spent some time introducing us to the MCs, Tyler and Charlotte, and giving us some background on them. However, once they had their first encounter, the story began to take off.

Charlotte – oh my heart! Poor girl – I felt so sorry for her having such dreadful parents. Her mother is such a piece of work. Charlotte tries to be the perfect daughter for her high-profile political parents but she’s constantly verbally abused by her vicious mother. Her only real friend is Morgan, who has followed her to college. Morgan is the opposite of her but their friendship works.

Tyler has only one mistress – baseball. He is on the brink of national stardom. His early years were tough and he ended up in foster care. He never wants to fall in love because he’s seen how love can hurt. He is popular and gorgeous and doesn’t do dating or relationships. However, from the moment he meets Charlotte, he can’t help his pursuit of her. He’s utterly captivated by her, and he recognises pretty quickly that there’s something more between them than just friendship…and he wants it all.

In spite of her best friend’s warnings and attempts to deter her, Charlotte sees a side to Tyler that he rarely shows the world. He wants to give her new experiences. He’s actually really sweet and thoughtful, and I love how protective he is of her. Charlotte has a massive, giving heart. She’s beautiful inside, as well as outside. She craves normalcy and Tyler gives her that. I loved their natural rapport.

Overall, a really great story about opposites coming together, and overcoming obstacles and machinations to stay together. I’m guessing that there’s a sequel in the near future and I’ll definitely be reading it.

This is such a sweet story. Tyler and Charlotte are both adorable. They are total opposites but together they are perfection. Both have things holding them back, but is it enough to keep them apart forever?

Charlotte is the good girl. She lives to make her parents proud. She doesn’t socialize, drink, party, or do anything that doesn’t involve her studies. She does all this stuff just for her parents, which is never enough. They control her life and know her every move. Her life is boring and uneventful, until Tyler. Now Charlotte realizes she wants to be free, happy and living a normal life and Tyler is just the person to help her.

Tyler lives and breathes baseball. He has worked his whole entire life to get where he is and nothing will change his mind, until Charlie. Now he is questioning everything. Can Tyler let go of his fears and let Charlotte into his heart or were they doomed from the start?

I loved Tyler! He wasn’t your typical playboy flaunting all over the place. He was down to earth and did the best he could to make Charlotte smile. Swoon. Poor Charlotte. I felt like she was always getting the short end of the stick. I absolutely hated hated oh and HATED her mother. What an ungrateful witch! There are a few twists throughout the book, and I wish there would have been a bit more about Charlotte and her family so fingers crossed for another story. Get this book now and fall head over heals for Charlotte and Tyler!

This was my first read from Author Felicia Lynn and I am trying to put into words how awesome this book was!!
My heart went out to Charlie and the horrible people that were her parents. Yes she has lived a sheltered life and at the age of 21 her mother has picked all her dates but only ones that would benefit the family and their picture perfect image.
Ty was bounced around from home to home as a young boy and has found his true love - Baseball. That is until he meets a feisty brown haired girl who seems to have cast a witchcraft type spell on him LOL!!!
While Ty is enjoying college life, Charlie is practically living under a microscope and must choose what she does very carefully, while still having the nagging voice of her mother in her head.

#Buttercup #FairLove #NowISeeTheRealPrize #LovesLearningCurve

These two characters are complete opposites but without a doubt they fit together and seem to get one another!!
"All I know is mastering love's learning curve has more rewards than I ever imagined, and i'm willing to work for them"
From the very beginning be prepared to go on an emotional rollercoaster that will definitely rock you, it has plenty of drama to keep you turning the pages and some surprises that I did not see coming.
"Buttercup I always thought my biggest dream was to be drafted into MLB, but I was wrong. My biggest dream is making you mine".
I loved the ending and cried for these characters to get their HEA, "The End....For Now" leaves me with hope for more from these characters and the amazing author that gave them life

One word. Stunning. Okay maybe two. EPIC. I have enjoyed Felicia Lynn's books since the start and this one by far is my favorite. Charlotte and Tyler are just brilliant together! From their first encounter right up to the end of the novel. This was just an amazing story that I could not put down.
Charlotte is the perfect daughter doing everything that needs to be done for her family. Whether she likes it or not. But the moment she meets Tyler, things change inside her. Things she has been missing her whole life. He gave her this fire that was locked away. Tyler is just so sweet and despite his past, Charlotte brings him to he knees. Makes him want to be the better man. And give her everything she deserves.
All I can say is HOLY SMOKES Lynn knows how to write the wicked mother!! Every moment with her I just wanted to smack her upside the head or throat punch her... I cannot decide! And honestly who needs enemies when you have friends... My heart broke for everything that Charlotte was put through. Tyler is such a rock for her. They are totally each other's game changers!
Overall, this story flowed so well that when I got to the end I REALLY wanted to cry because I needed more! The character build was amazing as you got to see so many complex sides to both Charlotte and Tyler, as well as all the side characters. Five stars is NOWHERE near enough for this book. If you love baseball, epic romance and an amazing storyline... pick this book up now. It will be well worth every moment of it!

I am completely in LOVE with this book! I have anxiously awaited this book for several reasons. 1) I have a personal connection to Tyler…my son’s name is Tyler Stone. 2) I love baseball and any baseball story. 3) Felicia Lynn wrote it, and let’s just say she certainly doesn’t disappoint. Felicia literally knocked this one out of the park!

Charlotte is the only daughter of the governor of South Carolina, and future presidential hopeful, who’s entire life has been run by Mommy Dearest. Even away from home and at college, Charlotte can feel the weight of her mother and always keeps her nose out of trouble, until one night she decides to finally give in and go to a party where she proceeds to meet Tyler.

Tyler Fucking Stone is the hot shot baseball pitcher that every major league team wants and he is knocked on his a$$ when he meets Charlotte. Her not knowing who he is just makes her that much more interesting. He has never been interested in anything more than a one night stand, he just doesn’t have time for a relationship or the distractions they bring. But Charlie makes him believe he may have time after all. She quickly becomes his game changer.

Love’s Learning Curve is full of raw emotion, finding oneself, betrayal and enough heat to melt your kindle! I absolutely loved this book and could not put it down until I finished. I cannot wait for book two! I need it now!

Loves learning curve is a sweet college romance told in dual pov's

Ty is the hot popular baseball star with a foster home background and a great character not the typical manwhore playboy with cocky attitude, although he does have confidence in abundance and just the right amount for Charlotte.

"You're beautiful Ty, but you're more than a gorgeous body. I see you"

Charlotte is a product of a future president, the proverbial perfect daughter with no life choices of her own. No self esteem and definitely in need of someone like Tyler in her life.

"Call it whatever the hell you want, but you Charlotte, consumed me the second I looked into those gems you call eyes"

A great story that flowed really well, contains no heavy drama or angst and one you can finish with a happy sigh.

Recommended coming of age, insta love, college romance that speaks of forever's

"Not a single part of me doesn't want more of you. You're my game changer"

Tyler Stone may have been a lie, but for a short time, he was the most beautiful lie ever. He was the lie that made me believe in a love that burns so hot I knew I'd never recover if it were extinguished, and I won't - ever.

First of all, I want to say that I freaking love the cover! I do not believe in the saying, "Do not judge a book by its cover". If the cover is ugly, I usually skip it but if it is otherwise, beautiful and attractive like the cover of this book, I am definitely interested.

About the story, I love it as well. The plot is not very unique and I was a bit disappointed with the instalove BUT the development between Tyler and Charlotte has depth even though it happened so quickly. I was drawn to their relationship the moment they played beer pong in the party. In addition, I love the drama involving Charlotte's family.

More exciting and significant events could have been added in the story but the ending is quite amazing. I want more Tyler and Charlotte and it gave me hope when the author wrote "The End. For now." I am really hoping that there will be a book two!

Love’s Learning Curve was my first book by Felicia and I really enjoyed it!! Tyler and Charlie’s story was so sweet. They attend the same college but come from completely different backgrounds, so they have never met before. Tyler is the star baseball player, he likes to party and he doesn’t do relationships. Charlie comes from a political family and she has always let them control her, she never goes out and she has no experience with men.

They meet and Charlie becomes Tyler’s game changer. They help each other in quite a few ways as their relationship develops. Let me say Tyler is hot. I loved him. A lot. And Charlie is so sweet. She may not have a ton of experience in life but she’s got a great personality.

The story has a great flow, it’s easy to read and the dual point of view is perfect. It’s full of emotion and has a twist I never saw coming which explains a lot. I did think their relationship moved rather quickly but I still loved the story. Go one click now! You won’t regret it!!

I was lucky enough to win a copy of this book & I think this was the perfect story to pop my Felicia Lynn cherry!

Charlotte has spent all her life following the strict rules set out for her. As the only daughter of a presidential candidate she must always conduct herself in a respectful manner & her mother is constantly on her case.

Tyler hasn't had an easy childhood but baseball is his whole life & with focus & dedication he can earn a top spot in the major leagues.

Despite attending the same college their paths should never have crossed but a chance meeting changes everything in the blink of an eye. Will Charlotte rebel against her parents? Has Tyler got room in his life for anything other than baseball? Pick up this book & find out.

I really enjoyed this book & I'm hoping there will be more to come

Oh Tyler! Tyler! Tyler! Can you tell I LOVE Tyler?

Normally the whole man whore to one-woman man thing is unbelievable to me, but the way Felicia wrote this book is amazing, his internal struggles with how and why he's feeling the way he is makes it believable.

I freaking love how Tyler called her Charlie right off the get go, it's adorable! I love his dates and how he is always trying to make her smile. I love how he stands up for her and truly makes her feel loved.

I know I said I love a lot! Haha!

I guess I should give a little info on Charlotte, I can't even begin to imagine dealing with the stuff she does, and on top of her crazy life to have a mother like that! OH MY GOD! I would knock her out! I'm curious as to how her father really feels too!

This book was great from start to finish! Can't wait to see what happens next!

Charlotte "Charlie" Baker had her life planned by her mother. Being raised in a political household she had to maintain appearance . Her life was non-existent until Tyler Stone entered her dull life.

Love will conquer everything and Tyler and Charlie will show you how true that statement is. The demons she face are her own flesh and blood and the other person she could count. Tyler will become your next favorite book boyfriend.

This story will not only put a smile on your face, but will melt your heart. Love, admiration, compassion, and loyalty is the message Tyler and Charlie's story will be your all time favorite. Don't wait too long, you don't want to miss this amazing story.

Wow. I just finished this book, and that's the first word that comes to mind.

Charlotte is a bit of a sheltered heroine, who's finally trying to branch out from her parents control. It's heartbreaking to see how her mother treats her, and there were moments where I seriously wanted to reach in the book and strangle her. Tyler is an awesome hero, who helps Charlotte spread her wings, and enjoy the small things in life.

Their personalities compliment each other so well, and it's awesome to see how they can lean on each other to keep grounded. Full of love, fun, and deceit from secondary characters, this book is a must read. I am hoping we get a follow up story, because there are 2 skanks whom I would love to see karma take down.

First let me say, my opinion of this book has been greatly influenced by my own past. The times that Charlotte and Tyler are together are really good. Sadly they weren't together for most of the book. I didn't feel much of a connection with either character, I felt like I was only given a superficial view of them. I wanted to know more, esp about Tyler and his past. I wanted more detail. At the end I was left with more questions than answers. Mostly I really wanted to know why Charlotte forgave Tyler for what he says in an interview. We never find out why he said what he said so in the end I wasn't able to forgive him, and I was left with a dislike for him. Hopefully we will get more insight in a future book.
