Dean and Jillian have a couple of candid moments as they continue to explore the boundaries of their erotic life. They take their passion and love for each other very seriously. They are very well-realized characters and keep growing as things move forward.
I cannot really say more than that the writing is wonderful and the intimate scenes are written even better. If you are sensitive to scenes of an erotic nature I would say to pass this one up.

Four sizzling stars. They just keep getting hotter these books. I liked that not all of their fantasies get fulfilled. It brings a little bit of realism to the story. This is an enjoyable book and series, especially for those who may want to spice up their (married) sex life.

I rarely wear my husband out, but the last day or two we've been like rabbits! Why? Because I read the THE MARRIAGE DIARIES ">Marriage Diaries by Erika Wilde. Holy Hotness! This series is everything a short hot novella series should be. I swear, the author was IN MY HEAD, reading all of my fantasies! I have been married over 20 years, and I just loved reading about a hot as hell, sexy couple that was in a long term marriage as well.
In book 4:
Holy crap, Dean just keeps getting sexier. I bet he's a great dad too. He loves his wife, thinks she is so sexy, and he is so alpha. I love how his dominant, possessive side is really coming out now.
Oh...I had to go send my husband a facetime message...;-) I'm back. Where was I?
Oh, so in this 'episode' they play out some of Deans fantasies, which include anal, and another....you just wait to read the result. Have I said how fucking hot Dean is?
Each of these books are about 40 pages. They are quick reads and they are good for pre-bedtime reading (if you know what I mean). If you are reading these alone, make sure you have a toy nearby, or visit my erotic toystore to pick up some of the items you might find in the books. Or toys you'll need while reading it. :-D
These books can be read individually (My vajayjay needed a break so I read another book in between).
My husband and I went through a similar sexual revitalization after about 19 years of marriage (thanks to some of my favorite sexy books). We both started sharing our fantasies more, and my husband's dominant side is hot as hell. He and Dean actually reminded me of each other. In the last 3 years, our marriage has become so much stronger and way hotter now that we finally came clean (or dirty) with our fantasies and brought some of the kink in. So I really related to these books. I realized that some of that hot spark we've had has been dying out again, but this series brought it right back!
So Erika, I thank you, and so does Mr. Ana. My vajayjay however (and the muscle I pulled) are not as happy with you afterwards.
Likes:
-Reading about a couple who have been married for 19 years.
-I loved how Dean and Jillian finally came out and admitted the things they have fantasized about.
-How attracted the couple still is to each other.
-Dean is so alpha and commanding. Yum.
-How the trust between them just made it all so much easier.
-Almost every sex act is something I have fantasized about or done and want more of.
-Though each of these were short, they were just right for what they are.
-The sex acts were long and detailed without using words that make me snort or roll my eyes.
-I never felt like I needed more, these stories delivered what the intended.

It seems strange to give this 5 stars when there really isn't much much character development. But that's not what we read this for. You know how sometimes you just need a good hard fucking? That's what this is like. Sometimes you need a little sex with your story, sometimes a little story with your sex. This series is the latter, and that's just fine for a change.
Usually when I read a novelette, I feel it is missing something. How good can something be in 40 pages? But I have to tell you, these deliver what they are intended for. Lady Porn for the married moms (though I think a guy would like these too). There was just enough story to keep you interested, and the characters were very likable. I never felt like I needed more story, it was just right. I look forward to reading Erika Wilde's next story and see what her spin-off series is all about.

5 stars (of course!) Our awakened couple continue to explore their limits and Dean gets to live out one of his fantasies, all while making good use of the playroom they recently had built in their basement.

WOW! I am just waiting for my heart to slow down a bit. That final scene wrung me out. Dean and Jillian Noble are such an intriguing couple to follow in this series. The fact that they are married makes a lot of the scenes in this installment manageable, but the final scene made me squirm a bit, not in a good way. Knowing that they are married, and that they love and trust each other, makes it a lot easier to fathom. The sex is quite explosive, and the fantasies are much more daring. I am not sure I would have been able to do what Jillian did to fulfill one of Dean's fantasies in the night club. She is one brave woman. Dean's reaction to the whole scenario was quite realistic in my mind. I am amazed at the control, and utter restraint, he had in not knocking the head off the person dancing with his wife. I must admit, I was a bit worried for Jillian, because Dean has a temper, but the way Wilde approached the scene when they got home, made it less frightening. The Temptation was intense, and I found myself holding my breath, several times throughout the reading of it. This is the first time I would say that I am grateful these stories are shorter. If they had been any longer, I would have died from asphyxiation, or a heart attack. I found myself holding my breath anticipating what will happen next, and my heart raced like a thoroughbred's after a couple of laps around the track...that surely can't be good for the brain...lol! It is a great read, and a wonderful addition to the series. I can't wait to see what happens in The Invitation, the next installment in the series.

This is a such hot series and I really love Jillian and Dean's characters and relationship.
What's great about each book is that it starts with a diary entry from Jillian briefly recapping the events of the previous volume and her feelings about them. As I've said previously, I also love the fact that Dean's thoughts are conveyed in a small section at the end of each story as well. I love being able to experience both sides of a story, for me it truly adds a certain depth that can not be obtained in a story from one POV.
This volume is still as hot as the others with Dean doing a little shopping and adding to their collection of toys in the playroom. Jillian gets to experience a certain act that she never has before and is quite surprised by the outcome.
Dean is the ultimate alpha male, hot as hell and extremely possessive of his wife. When Jillian plays out a fantasy of Dean's and his reaction is definitely not what he anticipated things get a little intense.... well that is until he goes all caveman and takes her home to brand her as his again.
What we're left with at the end of this volume is the question of 'What decision has Dean made and what is he planning for their twentieth wedding anniversary?'
I will be waiting very impatiently waiting for volume 5 'The Invitation', so I can spend some more to with Jillian and Dean Noble.

Each "interlude" in these Diaries just keeps getting Hotter and Steamier! I loved the beginning where Jillian says "unconditional trust is the key to satisfying every single one of our desires" and then proceeds to show us just how true that is! This story is all about Dean - one Hot, Sexy, Dirty Talking Alpha male! And I am such a Sucker for a man in a suit - screams "I'm The BOSS!" I am SO jealous of Jillian. I love that they are a middle age married couple looking to add some uninhibited sexual excitement to their lives and maybe fulfill a secret sexual fantasy or two in the process! I highly recommend you get this book, lock your door (you do NOT want to be interrupted) and settle in for a fun filled sensual romp!!! Can't wait to see what awaits us in The Invitation!

Another super sexy installment in The Marriage Diaries Series. I love both Jillian and Dean and how each is so open to explore the other's fantasies. I love how possessive Dean is of Jillian, and how much Jillian loves it. I fall in love a little bit more with both Dean and Jillian with each installment in this series. I'm loving reading about a happily married couple who are spicing up their love life and making their marriage stronger. I can't wait to read The Invitation, which is the next installment in The Marriage Diaries Series!

Good Lord that was HOT x 10!!!! I love Dean and Jillian and its really great that after 19 years of marriage they are finally exploring and participating in their long hidden fantasies. Each volume of the Marriage Diaries gets better and better. While I'm not a fan of cliffhangers, this series keeps me coming back for more. I can't wait to see what surprise Dean has in store for Jillian. I love that not all fantasies are what you expect them to be. If your a fan of HOT, Erotic Sex scenes than this book is for you.

I love the latest installment of The Marriage Diaries, The Temptation. The more I read of Dean and Jillian's erotic adventures, the more I love them. From the beginning I've been hooked on this longtime married couple...originally maybe because the idea was fresh and Dean was so hot. With every encounter that Erika Wilde gives us, we see how much Dean and Jillian are so perfectly matched. I am so looking forward to reading more of what Dean and Jillian will be exploring together.

Wow, what an amazingly sexy novella. In their mid-thirties, Jillian and Dean are able to spice up their sex life by sharing their fantasies. It is refreshing to read a story about a couple that still finds each other highly desirable after almost two decades of marriage. This is a must read for anyone that enjoys the erotic romance genre.

I loved The Temptation! Dean and Jillian's relationship continues to grow in trust and intimacy as they explore their boundaries and fantasies. It was interesting to see both reacted when fantasy became reality and the reality wasn't quite what Dean had anticipated. I was left wanting more and I can't wait to see what proposition he has for Jillian in the next installment!

Another great book in this series by Erika Wilde every time I read the next one in it I fall more and more in love with Jillian and Dean they are so good together and finally after all theses year's there doing what they have always wanted to do sexually. Wow! This series is so amazing and I am glad to see that there is more! I loved Dean and Jillian. Jillian knew that some of Dean's fantasies and desires were kept hidden and she brought it all out rather than him suppressing it or turning it on for someone else on the side. Their love was evident and the story had my heart racing. I think Dean just me be the perfect husband!

The Marriage Diaries Volumes 1-4 was skillfully written and had me captivated from the very first page to the very climatic end. The sex scenes for intense, passionate and hot. A deep and erotic exploration of love, life and sexuality. Makes you believe that after many years of marriage, you still can add some spice to your love life.

I love the more practical setup, and the fact that older couples can have a great sex life. However I wish the 5 novellas was 1 novel.

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel from the first page until the very last. It has been a very rare occurrence that I could just pick up a book and read it in one day; but, I was captivated by these characters and their amazing love story instantaneously.
