Each chapter includes practice problems, full examples, and mental models of the development workflow. I reached chapter 6 on servers and wasn't able to follow along as virtualbox doesn't support apple silicone. Not the Author's fault I suppose. The book can explain the basics to beginners but there are much better and more up-to-date resources such as The Odin Project, thank me later.
Excellent book on how to program in current day model view controller and url binding framework with a lot of buildup examples to understand the material to a good level. A very good read.
