I’m a Disney fan for many reasons and on my last trip to Disney World; I immediately purchased this book because I thought I was going to have the “flavors of Disney”. Sadly, having practically grown up in the hospitality industry, I found these recipes to be quite average and very homogenized. If you were looking for a spark of creativity or a splash of fun, I would gladly recommend other cookbooks.

We love Disney and enjoy cooking. So this was a "given." Quite a few great recipes from WDW, Disneyland, and the Disney Cruise Line.

The only draw back is a lack of photos of the dishes. I enjoy cookbooks with images of the prepared foods.

Some of the things in here are absolutely wonderful, especially in the cakes section. It would have been really helpful to have photographs in this, though.
