I like the organization of the book by different regions/chakras and the precise instructions for each stretch. So I feel like I can better understand which stretches are for which areas.

I like the idea of the rush reverse, but don't know how effective it is just doing once for each of the stretches.

It also includes a little supplementary info for chakra stuff, like which essential oils are best for each area of focus. Interesting place for me to start.
