In this second installment of award-winning humor writer Abby’s compiled blogging neurosis, she shares everything from the drama of a cab ride with Aunt Mable to an exclusive interview with Vanilla Ice and her quest to become a naked sushi model. Presented in short bursts for readers with the attention span of a manic gnat with ADD — much like the author herself — it will leave you thinking and laughing with each turn of the page. Abby has issues. We all do. Hers will make you feel normal.
Is it wrong to hope that Abby always has issues? Many of the lines in her delightfully funny book are things we either all do, or we know someone who does them. In fact, in her "headlines," I relate to almost all of them! This little volume can be read in one sitting, or it can be read a few lines at a time to add laughter to an otherwise mundane day. Abby herself suggests that it can be read in outhouses and bathrooms. My copy rests on my desk; I open it at random now and read a few lines to break up those boring emails, attendance verifications, and other brain-numbing office chores. Kudos to Abby for making my behavior sound fairly normal and sane. She lets me know that I am not alone. Honestly, I wish Abby were my next-door neighbor! Get a copy of Abby Still Has Issues today.
SO boring and NOT funny at all. Abby's humor tries to be snarky and edgy but completely fails. You could read these "issues" to children and they wouldn't even laugh. These were literally blog entries that were poorly (COUNTLESS typos, strange spacing, etc...) typed into book format in order to make money.
Abby is always, always a good read. Whether in print or on social media, she never fails to make me laugh, think, or feel like I'm not alone. Stalk her on Twitter @AbbyHasIssues right now.
