Certainly an interesting and informative read.
Pros: adds to the info shared in Morton's book; uses interesting and relevant secondary sources; draws parallels with women and situations similar to Diana.
Cons: a very long first third of the book lacking much discussion about Diana; some unsubstantiated claims about certain individuals; biased towards Diana in a way that leaves minimal room for the opposition at times.

Easy read. I decided to to look into a comment a friend made regarding Prince Charles. It led me to this book. I must say I am mad at the royal family! How dare they think they can do this to women! After reading this, I know William and Kate's marriage will last because he threw out the system and married for love.

I'm not much of celebrity hound so I didn't watch much of this as it unfolded in history but wow. Both parties were screwed up from the beginning and one tried to make it right, the other didn't care as long as he wasn't inconvenienced.
