This is a great book when teaching kids about transportation and machines; anything that gets you from point A to point B! Many lessons could also be created from this book. For math you could create a bar graph and poll everyone about how they get to school, and for science you could talk about simple machines. A great book to have in your classroom!

After reading this book I was glad that I stumbled across it at the local thrift store. This will be an essential book in my classroom. Especially if I teach preK or kindergarten because that is when transportation is introduces for the first time. Nice book to add to your shelf.

The perfect combination of Richard Scarry and trucks and cars! This book is all about things that go...even things like water and wind.

Mama read this to me several times in the dentist's waiting room on 3/12 - my first dentist appointment! I went straight to the book basket because they make me feel more calm and comfortable.
