Excellent book about some of the most commonly used and popular health behavior models. Each behavioral theory includes a research article at the end that highlights and shows how the theory is used in actual practice. Very good to have on hand for anyone that utilizes any sort of health behavior practice/knowledge in their field of work or interests.
