People like to be successful. Some don’t know how to find success. There are many who want to find success in building a startup. This book is written in an organized and simple way to read. The sections are simple but contain many chapters within each section. I personally like the section on Scale. One of my favorite quotes is, “If it's not growing, it's dying”. You can use this advice in your life but especially in your business endeavors. I hope people enjoy this book. Start. Scale. Exit. Repeat. written by Colin Campbell. Essential stages of entrepreneurship

I really learned a lot from this book about starting, building, and then selling a business. Colin Campbell has successfully started, scaled, and then sold several businesses, so I trust what he says. Even though he admits to making mistakes, he has been able to find what works in the four stages. I learned the most about when to sell a business and for maximum valuation. I’ll have to remember that there isn’t any downtime when a negotiation is in motion to sell a business. But not only that, I also learned exit strategies in less than desirable situations. As an entrepreneur, I definitely recommend this book.

This book is, in my opinion, a real gem for a couple of reasons. Just to mention one, the writing style is neat, organized, clear and easy to understand.
The author did an incredible and invaluable job of breaking down terms that would be somehow difficult to interpret for readers not steeped in the business world and explaining them with such simplicity that it is worthy of admiration. He made a book dedicated to a few, and a useful resource for many.
Another extremely positive point of this title is that it contains expert opinions and experiences of successful entrepreneurs so we can face the unexpected issues with an already proven formula.

The chapter about exiting the business when it's the right time was insightful, embracing change and knowing when and how to let go. Also, the chapter about taking care and recognizing talent within the company was useful and very important. It is encouraging to read that even successful people, especially them, have gone through the hardships of making it big in business too. And learning from their failures and success helped a lot in motivating myself into continuing and keeping on working with my own business.
