I enjoyed this book. I thought it gave alot of good facts. this book was easily understood and the facts were straight to the point. My only issue with this book was when it described the story of how pandas got their colors. This page of the book was more an urban legend story than giving actual facts. But overall very cool book!

Pretty much exactly what you’d expect I wish they had packed a bit more in, they usually only had a small paragraph on each page but it was easy to read and the -hoots are fun and full of personality

This book covered a foundation of knowledge on panda bears. It stated how much they weighed, what they ate, where they were located and how they spend there days.

I enjoyed this book because it is a easy, understandable book for a very young audience. It gives them just enough information to grasp but not too much to where they would be overwhelmed or un-interested. I also liked that the book bolded some words and then included the definition of the bolded word. This would be a great informational text for a young child, if they were required to write a short informational paragraph on an animal.

I am so glad I discovered the Amazing Animals series! Lots of information but not too much text to make things overwhelming for young readers. There’s also definitions on the bottom of some pages to clarify some terms they may not be familiar with. The photographs will captivate them as well. What sets this series apart is the short folktale about each animal found at the end of each book explaining an animal’s noticeable feature.
