This guide includes objectives, suggestions, and a graphic organizer to keep track of facts in each case and the Supreme Court decisions. Because the student book does not contain the court decisions, use of the guide is essential.

This book was a logical way for my son to understand the bill of rights and it's application, not just learn the amendments. By applying critical thinking to real cases with in-depth discussion, it well prepared him for understanding and respecting his rights as a citizen of our country.
