Since i'm a guy I really didn't find this book very interesting but someone who is into cake decorating may like this book. This is a consumer text and is about cake decorating and specifically about making flowers

This is for my cake decorating class. It proved to be a lot of fun. The flower patterns are easy to follow, and the basketweave is so much fun.
