I loved the appetizers and the meat and vegetable lovers sections. Im just not into the large section of seafood or the desserts that consisted solely of fruit.

Again.....to have a "Foodies" life, wouldn't hurt me none!

Beautiful photographs (except my dishes don't ever quite look this good), clear & easy recipes.

Crab & cilantro salad, Green Chicken curry, Scallops w/ chile & lime, Red chicken salad, Fish in coconut, Salmon w/ red curry in banana leaves, Cauliflower & beans w/ cashews, Spicy cashew nut curry, or Creamy mango brulee!

Salads, appetizers, meat, fish, noodles & dessert..... This book has it all.
