Brought this book from flipkart just to gather some basic knowledge on selling and this book is good for starters. I would recommend this book to you if you are new to the field or looking for a quick refresher. I found the following tips from this book useful:

* anticipate commón responses(like I am happy with what I have,I am not interested, I am busy,etc).
*Follow up the next day
*Five email mistakes
*Use fallbacks
*Raise the hard issues yourself
*Dont product dump
*"I didn't anticipate that" technique(Master pipa)
*Some cold calling scripts

This book doesn't have any groundbreaking techniques. It is filled with a lot of common sense and definitely Worth a shot.

Was a quick & easy read. One tip I did pick up is to put the date & time in the subject of a cold email. That saves some brain cells for other uses!
