I’ve loved the movie for years and years and not I can finally say I’ve read the book too! Which I also loved. Pretty much word for word of the movie but with some added info 👌🏼

Now I want rk watch the movie again 😂

Loved the movie for years so when I learned there was a book version, I had to get my hands on a copy. This was harder than expected but found one on a secondhand book site.

Throughout the book it follows the story showed in the movie as expected seeing the book was written on the movie script.
It did however add extra information on the characters backgrounds that the movie just skipped.
Sometimes information that would have been very relevant and interesting to know.
So I’m glad the book explored that further.
All by all it’s a good read and I’m glad I got the chance to read this book.
One minor point it for whoever proof read the text. Found a lot of spelling mistakes and once a part of the text was typed out twice.

Jag gillade idén om en mördare som härmar kända seriemördare MEN jag vet inte om boken har åldrats så väl. Känns som att det var någon trend på 90-talet med kvinnliga forskare som var experter på seriemördare. Jag är väl inte särskilt förtjust i deckare överlag men jag kan tänka mig att boken var väldigt nytänkande när den kom. I dagsläget hade jag nog hellre sett filmen.

Copycat is a super quick & enjoyable read. Often I’m hesitant to read something if I’ve seen the movie first.

I feel as though there were very minimal differences between both and it’s definitely worth reading & seeing the movie, one after the other.
