I learned a lot from this book and I gained a new perspective about the movement and perception.
Hackney writes about the philosophical and psychological meaning of our movements. The movement analysis and explorations make perfect sense. it is a book that should be read partly again when needed. This book is helpful for all humans because we all MOVE!

I don't think I will ever 'finish' reading this book. It is a book of experiential anatomy which I imagine I will refer to many times.
