I've taken some web development classes, but this was a great refresher. The terms were all explained well and had good examples to go along with them. The only parts that I thought could have been a little better were the JavaScript sections. JavaScript is more complicated and needs it's own book, so I understand why there wasn't as much detail.

All in all a great book for beginners or those needing a quick refresher.

This is a great guide for beginners as well as experienced web developers to discover the new world of HTML 5. It brings readers through an adventure of HTML 5 instead of binding an HTML book with a little HTML 5 section like those found in many other books.
