THE EXPERT'S GUIDE TO DRIVING A MAN WILD is my favorite book to date in the Bluebonnet series by Jessica Clare. I started the audio late on a Friday afternoon at work and I continued to listen to it late into the night at home which I don't normally do. I usually save my audiobooks for the car, work and walking unless I have less than an hour or so left or if it's a really good story.
It was just surprising that this had come from Brenna, of all people. Annoying, careless, rebel without a cause Brenna. The perpetual thorn in his side. The worst employee ever. The most infuriating and useless woman he’d ever known.
The only one who had come to his defense this morning.
“Be gentle,” she said, fluttering her eyelashes. “It’s my first time… with you.”
“Are you serious?”
“Rarely ever. Serious is no fun.”
And she tightened her fist and squeezed hard. “Now say my name,” she teased. “And tell me that you belong to me.”
