Damn Such a great journey it was reading this book. It kind of starts to feel nostalgic as you progress with chapters. This is exactly a type of book that i would love to read again in future. Overall... a very well suggested read from my side.
First read in 2003 4 stars Reread in 2016 4 stars - One of my favorite friendships Second re-read in 2022 3 stars - was not so bad but not as good as I remembered
It's ages since I read this book but really enjoyed it. The main reason, I had totally empathy with these characters as they were the same age as me. Anyone growing up at that time (70’s) would totally get it. My daughters both read it too. Would love to know what became of them.
