I found this book very useful and would recommend it to anyone considering letting their child attend a Waldorf kindergarden or parent group. There are testimonials from parents, as well as some great examples of the daily rhythm. Also some useful biographical details on Rudorf Steiner himself. I read some other literature on the subject and still found new information in this book.

An interesting overview of the philosophies underlying the Waldorf approach to early childhood education. As we start to plan for the summer, I'm looking for a reminder about the key practices that I'm aiming to keep going at home. Not earth-shattering for those who are already in this educational context, but a nice explanation for newcomers plus some interesting profiles of Waldorf kindergartens around the world.
