It is a very nice and classic book for bridge players, almost like a must-read textbook if you are new to bridge. The author explained the concept clearly, especially for the elementary concepts with specific examples that were easy enough to understand the main gist. However, for the advanced part of the book, the author mainly introduced the skills and explained how an endplay/squeeze works but did not mention the actual application. It would be good for beginner to intermediate players, advanced players may also find it useful if they are confused with the fundamental card play concepts.

Well deserving of the title "classic." Even though it was written circa 1934, it's still relavent.

Timeless and thorough. This is undoubtedly in my top stack to have stranded on a deserted island. That doesn’t sound so bad actually...

Excellent. Can't imagine a more thorough book. Helpful, too.
