Smokin' hot!
Jared scents his mate and must have her. He loves her curves and will make sure she knows it. Even if he has to apply his hand to her backside.
Emily is searching for her friend, never imagining werewolves and vampires are real. She gets quite a surprise when Jared reveals his true self.
A great short story with a lot of heat! The editing could have been better though.

So Many Editing Mistakes!!
This was a good story. I just dislike the editing issues so much. Emily and Jared were both strong characters. For a short story it was very good. 💜💜💜

I enjoyed this story and but the reason I give it a 4 star over a 5 star was the editing. This book could had used a GOOD proof-reader.
Now to the story, the other reason for the 4 stars was just the way the female lead just give it up to easy but that's the only thing I didn't like about it. Of course there is a reason I'm a "Reader and not a Writer" because I just have trouble getting across with what I hope my reviews will read as!

The duo of 'Lynn Richard' authors writes good people...
Please take that both ways. They write fabulous characters and they also write well. They craft sensual scenes like nobody's business. Get you hot in 2 sentence scenes. Hot, visual, ribald sex. For the short length of the story I think they did well with the storyline and the characters, but I wish they had taken more time building the relationship between the MCs. That being said, what interaction there was between them was still highly satisfying. She is strong and funny and he is just scrumptious.
Can you tell? I really enjoyed this book. I also want to read more about the world they have built here. I highly recommend this read for anyone who likes paranormal anything.

If you are looking for hot shifter crack, go no further. This book definitely brought the heat. Being set behind the backdrop of a criminal investigation into some missing girls mad this book more interesting them a strict para romance novella. I will put it out there. I loved Emily. Jared.... not so much. That being said I found that their story was theirs and I was still cheering them on even though he will never be my book boyfren'. I was super excited to see that there was a sneaky in the back and that there will be another book in this series. I did not read said sneaky, because I know myself and I will want it now!

I loved this! Emily and Jared's story is a whirlwind romance. Jared is a FBI agent and Emily is a deputy. They are both after the same vamp who took one of Jared packmate and Emily's best friend. They met ans sparks fly...they save the girls and live happily ever after ;)

A little bit confusing.
It's like the story's jumping from one to another. The Hero's a wolf, he didn't really mention it but all of a sudden the heroine 'knew' that he's a wolf. See? Confusing. But so far I enjoyed it, too bad it's short because I'd love to read the dominating lines from the Hero. Looking forward to read Val the vampire's story!

Ok nothing new in the story department(have to have you, your my mate, lets get together asap). There was good chemistry and story was pretty good. I do want to read the next one if there is one so over all not bad.

Oh my!!!!!
I gave this book five stars because it kept me in the thick of things. I love that the herione was a thick goddess and that her hero was in love with all her curves. The sex scenes were hot and the alpha male was oh so yummy.

Bit heavy on the bdsm light. Pain is not a turn on for me. Instead of adding to the storyline, it took away from it.
