This is an absolutely love book - probably more for the photos and if you like folk art and hearts, it is wonderful - I bought it and will keep it to go through again and again.

Valentine's Day 2017 Read:

Early American Folk Art photos, mostly metalwork with hearts as a motif. On some of the pages are quotes or verses from poems about hearts. The problem is that the subject matter is rather Gothic & macabre (especially the layout & styling of the photos), for a subject matter that is suppose to be hearts and love it just does not seem to mesh.
