Utilissimo a chi concepisce l'attività fisica come un mezzo per mantenersi in salute. Noiosissimo se non inutile per chi fa sport solo per impressionare o per fare la "tartaruga".

Unica pecca è che di alcuni muscoli secondari descritti non vi sono le immagini e se siete alla ricerca di uno stretching particolarmente intenso avrete necessità di integrare con altre letture.

Well, after reading thoroughly few first pages, what I know from learning anatomy some times ago tells me that this book is not a good one, for experts and begginers alike. So I just take away the exercises, let the knowledge be.
