My 5 yr old brought this to me at the library and said he really liked it. I said, but we haven't read it, how do you know? He said, I just did! It had caught his attention and he had taken it over to the corner and worked his way through it on his own! And now he was asking to check it out to read it again! I loved that! I said absolutely, and then was even more overjoyed to find this educational! (If I have to read one more spongebob or superhero book...) It talks about the difference between day and night and you learn words like planet, earth, east, west, and many more! Score! Then there are comprehensive questions at the end of the book about what you read. Bonus points! Two thumbs up from a home schooling mom!

This book was just okay because it told me about some things, like the sun rising in the east and setting in the west. I like learning about science, but I wish this book had more information in it.
